One of the jurors for the Sheridan case was interviewed on the L.A. news and said that it didn't matter whether Cherry just tapped her or full-on hit her, he still touched her without permission. Personally, I think Nic is one big bitch, but even bitches have rights. I hope she gets a pile of money.

As much as I hate Taylor's music, she's pretty cute. I hear she's a really nice person too. She visited my area on vacation a few months ago and she was super nice to everyone. She tipped well and treated the locals with respect. No diva behavior.

@Vicky I so agree about your Taylor Swift comment I know what she's being sold as and it does seem like no one has heard stories of any bad behavior from her, but seriously, she's a grown-ass woman with some major accomplishments, the "aw shucks" routine is getting OLD fast. Girl needs to own what she can do. It's not my bag but apparently lots of others like it and she is very talented... but I just wish she would stop with the fakey "oh, you mean I won this Grammy award? Me? No way!" bs, that stopped being geniune a while back.
