ReplyDeleteHe made 4 or 5 from around my hometown in Iowa. They only aired in my area. He did them all for free and they were his idea. Maybe this is a similar thing.

ReplyDeleteIt was cut off on purpose. I guess the joke is, it's a 30 second commercial spot, and he took 29 second to walk forward, that by the time he actually did the commercial, the 30 secs were up and they had to cut him off.
ReplyDeleteI don't give a shit about Super Bowl commercials, I find the hype beyond annoying and haven't watched any (including and especially the Ferris Bueller ad) but I clicked on this. He can just stand there and I'll laugh.

ReplyDeleteAnd Will Ferrell is always ridiculous! I was trying to imagine if it were me...I don't think I could've kept a straight face for 5 seconds doing that walk. He is a comedy god.
No kidding. Have you ever watched the outtakes of Eastbound and Down where he's talking and Kenny Powers and Darryl from the Office are trying to keep a straight face? You know WF's goal is to make them laugh and he just gets more and more ridiculous. "I can feel it, in my pluuuuuuums. So damn funny.
