I like that colour on Rooney Mara. I think the top of the dress really suits her but I would have preferred the bottom long and straight. Or short and straight.

ReplyDeleteI haven't read the books but I'm waiting to see if Hunger Games is going to be such a big hit.
Yep Jennifer is going to pregnant for a little while longer. She isn't due until Spring. So at least another month. Feel for her, because I am sure it is one thing when you feel large, but then everyone is saying, damn you didn't have the baby yet!!

ReplyDeletetimebob - Number Four really wasn't that great a book for adults (altho even my teen agreed that it was not great) whereas everyone, young and old are reading The Hunger Games, and I never see movies of books I've read but you betcha I'm off to see this!
ReplyDeleteI love Jennifer Lawrence and so agree how she is comfortable not being stick thin, hope she stays centered like that! There have been pictures of her around, especially playing basketball with her boyfriend and she just seems so normal.

ReplyDeleteThe thing with The Hunger Games is that the movie actually looks really good. Previews of adaptations usually don't excite me, but this looks fantastic.

The past two days Enty has posted photos of Hayden P. and Lana Del Ray dressed as bottles of ketchup and today he posts a photo of Rooney Mara looking like a beet. That diet of his must be getting to him.
ReplyDeleteI dunno about the Hunger Games. Really liked the first two books, but hated the third-it felt rushed and poorly edited. Don't know about some of the casting either. But regardless, I'm sure I'll see it.

ReplyDeleteI just saw the JLH pictures on DListed. She is by far, the most desperately sad person ever. Her little notes are so pathetically sad. And after seeing the pictures of her not smiling, she's had tons of work done on her face.

ReplyDelete@Anita agreed something about JLH sure brings out the stabby in me. And come on is she really 33? She's a year younger than me when she was on P5 when I was like 13? Do not buy her age.
Rooney is irritating but have to agree with the commenter who said they would commit a crime for that dress and shoes. Although I would need a bit more :) boob tape than Rooney... but that outfit is amazing.
I'd love to go drinking with the Collins sisters! I'd bring my Mom along too--she loooooves Jackie Collins' trashy novels. (okay, so do I ;-P )
