Because no one really cares what LeAnn Rimes does everyday and no one noticed she went and had face surgery, LeAnn thought she would share the news with the world and also share the fact that she was in a great deal of pain. To get her through her unspecified pain and to make sure you never forget how skinny people can get in this town she also Tweeted some more photos of herself in a bikini. At this point I wonder if she is buying bikinis by the case, because she seems to have a never ending supply. I have never seen someone so in love with taking photos of herself in bikinis. Since she did not discuss what the procedure was, then I'm guessing it was some kind of plastic surgery or something to correct a previous plastic surgery. I also love awkward family photos.
