When Whitney thinks broke she thinks about cutting back her spending on wigs from $10,000 a month to $2,000 a month. Plus, you know what? Is someone like Whitney Houston really ever broke? All she has to do is sober up for a minute or two and go on tour for a few weeks and she will be flush again. Actors and people like you and me do not really have that capability to go get that much money instantly, but someone of the stature of Whitney can get it that fast.
