  1. I only caught a little bit of this last night, but I am so happy for The Help. It really was a great movie with wonderful performances.

  2. Rats, I wanted Eric Stonestreet to win for Modern Family! Seriously, Alec Baldwin? Again? Still, glad Modern Family won.

and YAY for Betty White! :-D

  3. Didn't even know this was happening. Glad Berenice Bejo isn't winning anything. She was so annoying the Artist.

Leonardo Di Caprio is becoming the Susan Lucci of movies.

  4. I wish Spartacus would have won but love Game of Thrones, too. There is a new trailer out for season 2. Anyone watching Spartacus : Vengeance?

  5. I think I'm the only person on earth that thinks Modern Family is overrated.

I just don't like Sofia Vergara in the least and Ed O'Neill is too pigeonholed as Al Bundy for me. I just can't get into that show.

  7. yep @Bnl1016, pretty sure you're the only one ;-p

Yeah @Vicki, you have to wonder whether Leonardo pissed off someone with a LOT of power? Can't believe he wasn't even nominated for an Oscar. I admit to not even seeing the movie yet myself, but reports are that he was good and doesn't the Academy usually loooooove anyone who ages over the course of a movie?

  8. Bnl1060 I'm with you. I don't get the appeal of Modern Family (or The Office)

  9. @Figgy - S'ok. I'm ok with being on my own with that one. :)

@Cindy - I liked the first couple seasons of the office. Then I got bored.

But then again I spent my night last night watching Finding Bigfoot on the Animal Planet so I get that I'm not the best judge of "Tv character". lol. My husband has gotten me into some ridiculous shows.

  10. @Bnl1016, was kidding. :-) A lot of people feel that way.

The Office jumped the shark a few seasons ago.

  11. The awards shows are falling off my viewing radar. I've never seen this one. So, what is a "Stunt Ensemble"? Is this for the stunt crew?

  12. Bnl1016 - Count me in. I don't know what it is about that show but I'm just not into it. I've watched a couple of episodes and never had any desire to tune in again.

  13. So disappointed Breaking Bad won nothing this award season. :-(

  14. I've watched Viola Davis for years on L&O: SVU and I have never considered her pretty or attractive. She isn't. She's GORGEOUS. When she's not playing that tight-assed public defender she is really very lovely.

@ figgy - I loved The Office but it lost me, I think around the time Jim and Pam got together. The first few years were great though.

  15. So happy for VD and OS!

I am so over The Office now that Carrell is gone it is really bad.

  16. My Twitter feed let out a collective groan when Alec Baldwin won. It was really funny.

I'm so glad Jessica Lange won. Every actress in that category is an amazing talent, but what she did on AHS was above and beyond the usual fare.

I'm so glad Buscemi is finally getting the recognition he's deserved for decades. Although, my heart was rooting for Coach.

  17. Yay for Octavia & Viola, who both looked beautiful!
I loved what OS said in her speech.

I love me some Mary Tyler Moore, so I was glad to see her get some love.
