I think this is exactly it too - her hands look absolutely grotesque - she wears the gloves because she is too vain and realizes that when you exercise and starve yourself until you lose that normal layer of fat under your skin, there really isnt much they can do. They can inject fat, like she would ever allow that, but I havent seen good results from it anyway.
This is the reason people like Drew Barrymore and people that aren't stick thin age better than someone that has burned off every last drop of fat.
Kunty Karl wears the same gloves for the same reason as Madonna.
Yep, your hands don't lie! And as said, with Madge, her arms are awful.

Unknown/Delilah---I thought about that when I watched last week's episode of DA! Someone (maybe EM/Cora?) was wearing long gauzy sleeves, and I thought: So THAT's how women of a certain age dealt with the issue way back when.
