WHAT lovable TV personality felt obligated to ask her A-lister pal for permission before purchasing the home of her ex? The friend gave the A-OK, but added that she would NEVER set foot into the house her ex had shared with the woman he dumped her for.
Ellen and Jennifer Aniston.
ReplyDeleteEllen and Portia just bought Brad's old house. Classy that she would ask JenA for "permission."
ReplyDelete@jeffrey - ah yes. Ellen just bought Brad's home.
ReplyDeleteAgree to all! Happy Friday everyone!
ReplyDeleteNot just any Friday but Friday the 13th! It's always been my lucky day.
ReplyDeleteYes Ellen...
ReplyDeleteIf my friend bought the house me & my ex lived in, I don't think I'd care so much, but I would appreciate their sensitivity to my feelings, and I'd like to think that I'd still visit without having flashbacks of our marriage. But if I "accidentally" set the bedroom on fire, I'd hope they'd understand & be forgiving...LOL
ReplyDeleteWhew, I didn't know Ellen and Jen are friends. I thought reading that it was supposed to be Handler, and on what planet is she 'lovable'?
ReplyDelete@Shay - hope no one here buys your ex-house:)
ReplyDeleteYup, Ellen and Jen
ReplyDeleteEllen is a sweetie for asking.
ReplyDeleteJen isn't much of a friend for refusing to set foot in the house.
LOL @ Shay
ReplyDeleteI was thinking that Ellen might be the answer to that blind about a A-List star being pissed at their friend/TV host for having their ex on. Brad was a guest on Ellen for the first time in September. A lot of people guessed Handler, but no way in hell would BP go on her show after all her shit talking. :)
This reminds me of something a realtor told me, "when buying a house always look for divorcing couples because they want to sell and get rid of memories." I don't know if it's true, but I know a colleague who said it worked for her. She got a great deal on her dream house.
