Mary Hamer On Anderson Cooper

Dr. Mary Hamer is on Anderson Cooper again today and talks about why she gave $100K to Joran Van Der Sloot for his criminal defense and how, despite him confessing to the killing of Stephany Flores that Dr. Hamer believes he is not guilty of murder. Really? He confessed. She says it is because his family would have been in danger if he had not. Huh? They have been ok before and nothing happened to them after the Natalee Holloway murder. I think Dr. Hamer must be in love with Joran even though he has got some other girl pregnant he was sleeping with while in jail. I don't understand what Dr. Hamer sees in the guy and what she says on Anderson contradicts much of what has come out in the past couple weeks where she said she feels betrayed and ripped off.

  2. I guess she won't believe it until he attacks and tries to kill her. What a fool. Van Der Scumbag basically got caught with his hands in his pants, and she's delusional.

  3. I only watched a minute before I turned it off. What is wrong with people?!

  5. I'm not watching.

But what kind of doctor is she? I'm just curious.

  6. How the eff is he knocking women up while in jail?? Is it a co-ed jail? Or is he being allowed conjugal visits? Ridiculous. How is that jail??

  7. Wow, this poor woman is completely delusional, obviously bipolar, obviously deep down has some kind of attraction to being murdered (either being so damaged she believes she deserves to die or just being delusional in general). When did Anderson Cooper become Jerry Springer?

  9. Hold on a second. Van der Sloot got some chick pregnant in jail?? What. The. Fuck?

  10. ^ Many South American jails have conjugal visits, I believe.

She wants to 'rehabilitate him' but then a savvy audience member says "what do you want to rehabilitate him from if you do not believe he's guilty of anything?" Says "we all have addictions". Yeah, hers is being blink/an idiot about a Dutch murderer of two (or more) women.

But there is some good news:

  12. LOL Vicki!

Put this hot mess trick in jail in Peru with Joran, let her deal with his 24/7 crazy ass for awhile.

And the news that he's deteriorating is wonderous indeed, miracles DO happen :))

  13. I read that that jail is very liberal with vistors & drugs. More like a small town you can't leave BUT supposedly now that he has been found guilty he will be transferred to a bad ass prison much worse than any we have and no special perks.

    I sure hope so

  15. @Omamo - She's a radiologist.

LOL @ Anderson's reaction to her comparing herself to the movie, Powder. God, I love him.

    This woman is Cuckoo! Cuckoo!

  16. THis woman brings new meaning to bat shit crazy. I agree with Vicki C, though. Some of the commenters on here could have a contest with her.

  17. I saw this woman --she's nutty as a fruitcake. She wants him released to her custody so she can provide him with the proper discipline in her home.

  18. Glad Joran's health is deteriorating... let him rot in the worst prison in Peru. That's what he deserves. As for this crazy lady, there are women who are attracted to murderers and she is obviously one of them. Ted Bundy actually married one of his "groupies" and she got pregnant in a conjugal visit and is raising his child. Unbelievable!

  19. I thought the prison he is in is supposed to be wretched. Who would go there to have sex with him?

  20. Well that was bizarre (the 2 minutes I endured)...I didn't realize Anderson had gone to this Mauryesque format. Gross. :/

  21. Saw this ;with my sister; after I got home from work.

    My first words:

    1) She's batshit crazy!

    2) I bet ya' Enty blogs this. ;)

  22. I feel more saddened that Anderson Cooper is doing a show like this, I thought he was better than that.

  23. If any of those prisoners she's "representing" ever got out and stayed with her, she'd be dead within hours.

I do like that shade of lipstick she's wearing, though.
