Kardashian Lawyers Threaten BoycottKim.com

Who knew back in November that the online petition site which attempts to get people to stop doing business with companies that pay Kim Kardashian or do anything that gives her any kind of money would be doing so well that Kim's lawyers are figuring out ways to try and shut it down and to sue the owner of the site for harassment. The site which was hoping for 250,000 signatures has blown through 500,000 signatures and has set its sites on 1M. Things are getting hard though as the owner of the site has had to hire a lawyer and is getting hassled by Kardashian lawyers as they just want the site to go away.

As ore information comes in it is added to the site. When the sweatshop report was added, that stepped up the pressure against the site and when the owner gave out the phone number of one of Kim's lawyers so people could call the lawyer and complain about the sweatshops, things got even tougher. Although I think the petition is a great idea, the only thing that is ever going to get any of the Kardashians off the air and out of our lives is if people do not watch her shows. If you do not watch, then they are canceled. If they are canceled, then promotional appearances dry up and if those dry up then they are not in front of the cameras or our lives.

  2. I can't even read this post. I'm too horrified by her makeup to look at anything else.

  3. I never watch this trash on TV.

  4. i've never ever seen a single show, nor do i usually even bother replying to Kardashian threads, but the day all their shit is canceled i feel like there will be a collective sound of the world rejoicing.

  5. I have never and will never watch this ho

  6. Never heard of the website, but just signed their petition!

    Useless fucking whore.

  7. I never watch them. If they happen to be on whatever station I am watching I turn the channel. Really irritating that they are in dallas now because I have to censor the local stations too.

  8. And what happened to the Krazy Kim picture? I thought that was the official Enty one.

  9. I just signed it too - I had no idea they were associated with so many companies!

  10. I don't watch reality shows and I cannot understand the need for shows like the Kardashian's, Teen Mom or Jersey Shore, these show's are an embarrassment to our country and only serve to make our youth look trashy and stupid.

  11. @GSDlover,
My 12 year old warned us not to watch Jersey Shore (while we were flipping channels over the weekend) because "it will make you stupid"

Out of the mouths of babes!

  12. Now that's a woman whom I'm Sure, we'd all support in rocking a burka, no?

    She is really unattractive.

  13. @Patty - LOVE that!

  14. Wow, that picture is horrible. Her hair looks greasy and her make-up just horrendous.

  15. hahahaha Rita, I did not start that site!!! :)

But you bet your ass I SIGNED it!

  16. Signed it...Well Sears is bankrupt maybe the other companies will think twice before lying with ho's!!

  17. @parissucksliterally - the moment Enty said:
"and when the owner gave out the phone number of one of Kim's lawyers so people could call the lawyer and complain about the sweatshops"

I was so positive you were behind it!

  18. @Patty..My nephew said the same thing.
Well that was one interesting website. Wouldn't you just hate going from where you thought everyone loved you to where you knew you were so reviled? Hey,that's what you get when you invite everyone into your "world" and never do anything good for anyone but yourself.

    ReplyDelete
  19. hahahahah Rita! Definitely "my style", but I cannot claim credit. I don't know how to set up all that fancy schmancy stuff they have up until you can make comments....

  20. You know what else will make them go away? Not putting posts on gossip blogs. Do your part Enty.

I'm about to go sign the petition.

  21. ^Ms Cool - actually, they need posts like these, so it becomes quite clear that they are not loved.

Watched an excerpt of the Barbara Walters interview, and thought "Oh the f-cking delusion!!!" these dumbasses really think they are very loved and admired, and that people want to know all about their fairy-tale lives! When in reality, they need to hear/read what people really think of them, more and more so, they finally get it through their thick skulls!

Just don't watch any of their shows, or buy any of their products. Criticism combined with poor income will finally get the message across.

  22. ^Rita - this post may be necessary but it still makes people talk about these tricks. We aren't talking about Paris anymore...

    ReplyDelete
  23. I just signed the petition too. Thanks for the heads up, Enty.

  24. If people are calling her attorney, that means they're racking up hours, right? And she'll have to pay for it? That's brilliant!

Didn't know about the boycott site, I just looked it up. I'm going to read and sign.

  25. @MsCool, actually, I believe her handlers had asked her to keep a low profile for a while, because of the haters.

No one was giving her positive feedback, she got booed everywhere she went, and nobody was watching her shows. I think she thought she could "re-invent" herself into something different if she ducked down for a while. Not working. Still the same insipid twat.

  26. @Patty
Thankfully your kids know better, these shows really do dumb it down for laughs I guess.

  27. I know this woman is annoying and undeserving of so much attention and big pay checks for a total lack of talent, but, damn, the hatred in some of the comments is mind boggling.

Vicki Cupper: Is any woman who you dislike (and you dislike a lot) not automatically a cunt, whore, bitch or twat? You're a perfect match to selenakyle who also seems to have a lot of issues with women.

I know that to an extend we're anonymous on the internet and that many people come here to relax and sometimes to vent, but I can't understand why some people just can't seem to get it together and at least refrain from using slurs that discriminate gainst others.
    Damn!

  28. ^Just let people be! That's what makes this blog a wonderful place to unwind and have fun:

The differing of opinions, and accepting of everyone's special contribution to the blog. Some are snarky, some are hilariously funny, and others are serious. We do seem to get along for the most apart!

Isn't diversity key to better cohesion?

  29. Rita - I think you are right that Paris has been coached to keep a low profile. However, I have thought she was been so fame-hungry that it would be impossible for her to keep out of the limelight. As much as I want her, the Ks, and Lindsay to just go away, someone else just will waltz right in.

    ReplyDelete
  30. @GSDlover,
And when she thought we actually landed on Jersey Shore to watch, then she desperately implored us, emphatically stating "it's going to make you stupid, seriously!"

    ReplyDelete
  31. Never watched the KarKrashians...and I have no intentions of starting now. I'm so ready not to have to hear about them anymore. Bye Bye!

    ReplyDelete
  32. Don't be shocked to doscover that KRIS Kardashian actually owns that protest site, in a clever ploy to keep attention focused on Kim! It's kind of like Pro Wrestling where the good guys and bad guys trade sides all the time.

After a few weeks, suddenly People magazine will have a feature on Kim claiming she's CYBERBULLIED by all these petition signers!Because, ya know - the world will weep with her right?

Meanwhile, the evil Kardashian empire drops cookies into your web browser when you sign the petition THEN uses it to target you when they build their new (air quotes) "LA-SER" and zap you unless you give them...one MILLION DOLLARS! (mu-ha-hahaha).

(Sorry - too much Austin Powers marathon this weekend).

  33. i think kim has finally come to the realization that she's been the new the new paris hilton for a couple years now, and the thought of becoming irrelevant scares the living daylights out of her. she won't go away w/o a fight.

  34. Those eyelashes are hideous. Even a spider would be afraid of them.

    ReplyDelete
  35. @MsCool - That is EXACTLY why I think we should speak loudly against the likes of the Kardashians and Hiltons: so NO ONE dares to think the next wannabe is worth their investment. So the likes of E! think twice before shoving another reality smut down our throats, knowing that the people has had enough already.

Wow, I've read some dumb shit on this blog, Rita, but this one really takes the cake. At least for this day. It's even worse than that 'burka comment' of the other airhead above.

Just let people be, huh? Just let people be misogynistic? This doesn't have anything to do with diversion or differing opinions. It's not like I call out people for disliking the color green.

I'm really wondering in what world some of you live? This is unbelievable.
Do you even realize what you're defending here?
This has nothing to do with snark, this is full-blown anti-social behavior. This is discrimination. You wouldn't make the above statement if Vicki or others would use the word n***er or call gay men f***ots, would you? So, please, tell me the difference, Rita. Enlighten me.
Or would you not make that statement then only for fear of being ostracized on here? If it's no big deal for you to discriminate against women in public, which is obviously still allowed and appreciated, then I don't want to know how you act in private.

For some time, this was the only enjoyable blog to read. What the hell happened? It's like every anti-social trash from Dlisted came here and took over that place. Not surprising when you see how much Enty kisses MK's ass.

  38. @Mina - Maybe you should try something that makes you happy. Find a place that lifts your spirits up.

You always seem so full of anger, and disgust at posters here, no matter their opinion. Always flinging stones at others, calling them idiots, stupid, and trying to bring them down... Maybe because you know you are pathetic.

Find a place that makes you happy. That much anger is just ridiculous.

  39. Hey Enty .. where's the nostrils pic of KK? Pls use that pic only when posting about KK. Thanks.

  40. I thought everyone hated them as much as we do but I was at some site where everyone loved and supported them. I was sad.

    ReplyDelete
  41. I just signed the petition! Enty dear, can we banish Kim K on this site too, a la Speidi and Paris?

    ReplyDelete
  42. It's hard to boycott all those companies they're affiliated with. I did sign the petition though. Kim's great for gossip but it's time for them to go away. Fuck them for intimidating the website owner.

    ReplyDelete
  43. Himmmm, I wouldn't be a bit surprised if Kris was behind it. I checked out their twitter feed once, and they're as obsessed with the K's as any fan. If they really wanted them to go away, they'd just have the petition and shut the heck up about any of the rest of it. Attacking the K's gives them as much press as praising them.

    ReplyDelete
  44. @ Mina....so everyone here needs to censor their opinions to keep you happy, whilst you sit up on your high horse judging others?!!!!

I don't see a problem with calling Kim K a whore, she traded sex (and her soul) for millions. Whilst it may not be the most pleasant of words to use - many people find her actions deplorable and I don't think it is an undeserving title for her. Derogatory words are sometimes there for a reason - in the hopes that people may start aim a little bit higher! It doesn't always have to come back to discrimination

    ReplyDelete
  45. I signed. That is such B.S. that they are trying to sue the site owner.

    ReplyDelete
  46. But isn't calling Kim a whore insulting to all the hard-working prostitutes out there? They have to earn every dollar the hard way (pun not intended, but hey, it works...), as opposed to Kim, et al., who basically sit around waiting for the money to roll on in. Just MNSHO...

    ReplyDelete
  47. @Robin - LMAO!! Touché.

    ReplyDelete
  48. I would like a list of all the companies that are paying any Kartrashian so I can let them know I will never do business with them. I would hope others would tell them the same thing. Anyone know where to find such a list?

    ReplyDelete
  49. @Mina I'm a long time reader fairly new poster. I chose this site because of the people here. In the last few days I have read incredible
stories that garnered support and love for those who wrote.

@Vicki didn't deserve your venom, nor did @Rita. We support each other and their right to say what they think, it is just one person's opinion after all.

We reserve the snark, the stank, the side eye (thanks MK) for those who choose to live their sometimes
hideous lives in public view for all the world to see. Some are in it for the fame, glory, artistic freedom, or pass the money please!

We probably would not fare well all the time if our lives were on public display, but that's not how we chose to live.

I'm thinking someone you care about said something awful to you. If not, I'm sorry for the arm chair analysis. If you just think this way about us, we are not the group for you.

You need a group that loves on the celebrity and shits on the poster.

  50. Mina, the anti-women words bother me too (as do all non-really-functional-or-descriptive vulgar insults. A well-thought insult is better than a throwaway phrase.) Maybe your point would have been better received on yesterday's (?) thread where the consensus was that women tear each other down as much as men oppress them, rather than on this Kim K thread. Because you aren't wrong to question the use of certain words women use to tear down women, but unfortunately no one is going to agree on this thread because they hate Kim K so much. Better luck next time? (Also, praise directly, criticize in generalities...) Stick around, I for one appreciated your views.
