Joran Van Der Sloot Pleads Guilty

Joran Van Der Sloot pleaded guilty today to the murder of a 21 year old woman he met at a casino in Peru. The plea was expected by Joran because he thinks he can talk the judges into giving him a 5 year sentence. With the time he has already served it means he would not be in jail longer than another couple of years at the most. Joran's lawyer says that Joran killed the Peruvian woman because he was stressed about the accusations he killed a woman in Aruba. Uh huh. Well, I hope they get him for that one day. The prosecutors in Peru have asked for a 30 year sentence. That would be nice.

  1. Wow, they finally caught him for something. That guy is a sick bastard. And thirty years in a Peruvian prison would be good, but thirty years in an Afghan prison would be better.

  2. If the law cannot keep him in prison, karma seriously needs to step in and wreak havoc on this animal. He killed her because of stress?!? He should never again see the light of day, much less have an opportunity to take the life of another soul.

  3. I'm thinking the family of the girl he killed already has made plans for Joran once he's released. You know- a permanent, irreversable plan. The family has a lot of money and I think they're just being patient.

  4. He killed her because she saw emails on his laptop about Natalee Holloway. I'm surprised he didn't say he killed her because he panicked.

If I were that girl's father, I would pay a couple of inmates and/or guards to sodomize him in the shower with a lead pipe and then beat him to death with it.

  5. Maybe someone will kill him in jail, because if he gets out he'll do it again.

  6. What an ugly man, inside and out.

    ReplyDelete
  7. He's not a man. He's a monster.

  8. JVDS won't see the light of day again as a free man.
That's a given. Face it, the victim's familly is too rich, the Holloway's are rich, and Peru is a Third World country.
So, can we get a pool going here on when the day happens?
I give it 6 months. Shanked in the yard by someone noone sees.

  9. I hope that he never has one moment of peace from the time he wakes up until his head hits the pillow every night. The hell he created for both the familes is a hell that he should suffer in.

  10. Is he in solitary or something? How has this guy managed to escape having the crap beaten out of him on a daily basis inside that prison?

    ReplyDelete
  11. Solitary would be a good place for him. Killer Paul Bernardo allegedly cracked from being in solitary. The sociopath couldn't take the lack of human contact. Mean while his exwife/accomplice is living in the Caribbean.

What an animal this prick is.

I just wish he would tell the Holloway family the truth about what he did to Natalee so they can have some peace of mind.

  13. I don't think he'll be killed in prison. But I do think there is a major dose of karma headed is way as soon as he gets out (read: SusanB's post).

  14. rot in hell, Van der Snoot. and I agree, the family of the dead girl will have him taken care of, very quietly. I doubt the girl's father will let him loose to do this to someone else's child.

  15. I for one don't believe in coincidence. If anything, he will surely "get his." I mean, for Godssakes, he killed five years to the day.

The unseen in very real. Call it what you will.

  16. I agree the Peruvian girl's family probably has a contract for him -- if not in transit from the courthouse to the jail, then the moment he walks out of the jail in 5 years or whatever. But chances are he'll say something stupid to a guard. The guard will then be looking the other way while some prisoners kill him -- just for fun.

  17. The peruvian girls family have shamans doing some sort of whatever it is they do for them and against van der sloot. Let's just say, be thankful you're not van der sloot.

    ReplyDelete
  18. I'm just thankful I've never been in the same room as Van Der Sloot.

Dead behind the eyes, for sure

    ReplyDelete
  19. Can someone please explain to me how this "If I were that girl's father, I would pay a couple of inmates and/or guards to sodomize him in the shower with a lead pipe and then beat him to death with it." makes you any better than Van der Sloot ?

I agree he committed heinous acts, but I just don't understand how doing a similarly evil thing is ok. I don't understand vengeance.

BTW Vicki, this isn't a dig at you - there are many others who express a similar sentiment, so I am obviously in the minority

  20. He's been in solitary the entire time. That's why he's still alive. I imagine they will keep him there when he's convicted.

    ReplyDelete
  21. @Jaded - do you let him out, only to have him do the same horrible crime again? Then, the people who let him out are equally culpable and have the blood of the new innocent victim on their heads. I think the commenters just think he needs to be kept locked away, and that if he's killed in prison, it would be richly deserved.

    ReplyDelete
  22. He doesn't even LOOK normal, let alone his actions. The victim's families have money, but the van der Sloots have their share as well-I don't know anything about Peruvian corrections, but if the jailers are corruptable, the guy is not going to have an issue.

Frankly, I'm surprised he didn't have a tragic boating accident when he was still in Aruba and it became clear they weren't going to be able to get him.

    ReplyDelete
  23. @ Ms Snarky - no you never let him out... and I think there is a difference between not feeling sorry for a POS who falls victim to someone elses fuckery, than actively wishing or plotting your own acts of evil. That is why I used the quote I did

    ReplyDelete
  24. I think people feel that way because he got off, easily, the first time. And there isn't much hope for a lengthy sentence this second time.

If it would be guaranteed he'd stay in prison the length of his sentence (longer than 5 years), that might be ok, but I agree w/ others. He gets out in a few and does the same thing. The Peruvian girl (her name escapes me) wouldn't be dead if Aruba hadn't f***ed up the NH case so badly.

    ReplyDelete
  25. @Jaded - I actually agree with you. But then again, I don't believe in the death penalty...for anyone. I got really uncomfortable about all the JOY being expressed when Bin Laden got killed, for example. But yes, people like you and I are decidedly in the minority, I think :)

    ReplyDelete
  26. thanks RQ, at least I don't feel so lonely on my high horse ;)

    ReplyDelete
  27. Yeah well don't forget Lalaina he was protected because his father was very wealthy and connected and that was how he avoided any ramifications last time. His father is dead and he cannot save him now.

It would be quite white of him to admit to the Halloway's what he did with Natalie. Don't bet on it though unless he actually goes through some major converstion.

And I do not wish acts of violence on anyone even this monster. I think karma takes care of that and I believe we will all see it. Jeffrey Dahmer anyone?

    ReplyDelete
  28. Jaded, I'm with you too (and RocketQueen). I'm actually horrified that some people here have no qualms about not only wishing for, but verbalizing that he should be sodomized and killed. That's shameful.

Yes, he's an awful person and hopefully he will receive appropriate punishment.

    ReplyDelete
  29. I don't wish violence on anyone, I vehemently oppose capital punishment, etc. I despise when people say they wish someone would be raped or murdered (or both), even if it is "justifiable." Like Sherry though, I strongly believe in karma and can't say that I might not smile a tiny bit when karma strikes. I won't go out and celebrate, but it certainly won't get me down.

    ReplyDelete
  30. Feeling bad for the murderer is beyond my comprehension. He beat and strangled that girl, then took her out in a suitcase. Lord knows what happened with Natalie

    Seems to me:
    Human lives - 0
    JVDS - 2

I certainly wouldn't lose sleep if he left the planet.

And I'm sorry RQ, I enjoy your comments and hope you don't hate me for smiling when I heard that Bin Laden was killed.
7 of my friends died that day.
They were firefighters trying to save lives that he apparently felt it was his right to take.

all apologies for the rant but seriously, some people just need killing.

  31. Agreed ABlake. I'm even considering making "Pro-Death" bumper stickers.

Like I said to my fellow partiers on NYE, "if and when that 13.0 hits and cracks the earth in half, I'll be the first one screaming, "last on in's a rotten egg!!!""

Can't be hugs and rainbows with everyone everyday. I'm sorry.

However, I do believe OBL died in Pakistan back in 2007. Google a B.Bhutto interview and she stated that fact (and was killed weeks later). I mean my God, the man was on dialysis back in 2002. You really think he lived as long as they said he did?? Coooome on. I have a bridge to sell ya if you do. And some air too. And the moon, etc, etc, etc.

wait!! sorry, one last thing. VDsloot wasn't in solitary. I saw pics of him with two other guys, I forget where. But they were out there in circulation. One of the guys was an AMerican kid I believe in there for murder too, of his wife. I forget. I'm sure they'd be easy to find. I've too much work to do, and don't really care enough to find them. But they are there.

    Godbless

  32. @Ablake - ah ah ah..but I never said I felt bad for the murderer. I didn't feel bad for Osama bin Laden and I won't feel bad if terrible things happen to this fucking psycho. Believe me, I won't lose any sleep either.

But WISHING violence and death upon others and taking JOY is such things makes me uncomfortable - makes me think we really aren't so different from the monsters, you know?

Sorry 'bout your friends :( x

Dutchman Joran van der Sloot has reportedly been involved in stabbings at Lima’s maximum security Miguel Castro Castro prison, where he is being held in connection to the murder of a university student in his Lima hotel room last year.

Van der Sloot allegedly stabbed three inmates at the prison, according to a report by Dutch News. One of the people required emergency treatment, the report said, adding that Van der Sloot has regularly been put in solitary confinement while in prison.

  34. Hopefully he'll be left to rot in solitary for the rest of his useless life.

Sorry if that upsets anyone's delicate sensibilities.

    ReplyDelete
  35. I believe in capital punishment but only for those really heinous cases that can be proven with DNA.

This POS deserves the death penalty, he is a blood thirsty predator and will continue murdering innocent people until he is stopped for good, what makes his life worth more than NH or the other girls? Nothing that's what, an eye for an eye.

  36. Forgive me if it's already been stated: BUT I agree with Susan B. way up above in the comments. The Peruvian victim has a family that is we'll connected politically/financially....he doesn't stand a chance outside prison. Hopefully his last victim had lots of brothers and uncles. In terms of Natalie, part of me still thinks she might be alive. Blame it on my addiction to Lifetime movies but I still think she was sold into some sort of sex slave thing. Lack of a body this long mystifies me.

    ReplyDelete
  37. Wasn't he connected to the disappearance of 2 other girls in South America??? I forget where exactly.

    ReplyDelete
  38. "The peruvian girls family have shamans doing some sort of whatever it is they do for them..."

Nice. (That was sarcasm, just in case that didn't come through.)

Vicki, I think we can all get behind him being forced to be miserable. Quite a big difference from hoping he's brutalized/killed. But, I also think a lot of people say that kind of thing as hyperbole. I think (hope) that far fewer wish he would literally be attacked.

    ReplyDelete
  39. Oh, and I also think there's a difference between not being sorry if some monster dies, and actively wishing harm on him. I'm not grieving Kim Jong Il, but that doesn't mean I think the CIA should've been sending him some of their exploding cigars.

    ReplyDelete
  40. @Mooshki - thanks for saying what I was not so eloquently (and humorously) about to say a couple of hours ago when I saw Vicki's response.

And ah, Les Suckno, long time no see. Hi.

  41. Dear Jaded, RQ, KLM and surfer: Count me in. I wasn't able to get to all the CDaN posts until tonight, and I was a little horrified at the violence people were wishing on JVDS. I don't wish him well, but I also don't wish physical harm on anyone. I think Moosh is right, too---people often say exaggerated versions of the truth, especially when we have strong feelings about the subject. I think he is a POS, and I hope he lives a long, long time in a prison. No violence, just the usual lonely and abject misery that accompanies cold, bad food, little hope and no privacy.

    ReplyDelete
  42. Hey does anyone remember when JVDS extorted $25K from Natalee Holloway's mom in exchange for him telling her where he put her daughters body? He told her it was encased in cement in the foundation of a house and then later admitted that was a lie.

He's killed 2 young women in cold blood, will only express remorse for one of them (and insincerely, at that), been involved in extortion scams against many people, truly conducted himself as though he believed his fathers wealth insulated him against any accountability for his actions, stabbed 3 people in jail, the list goes on. A despicable waste of human tissue, as far as I can tell, without a single redeeming quality.
He is not truly remorseful about either of the lives (that we know about) that he ended, and I can't imagine why he wouldn't feel as though he can do it again, if another girl "stresses him out" in the future.

On a practical note then, I don't feel bad wishing death upon him.

But I'd almost prefer decades of suffering in solitary.

Ok, ok, ok, my verdict is: 30 years in solitary to yearn for the sweet, easy life he used to know, and then executed like a week before he gets released. Fuck this guy, save your empathy for people who deserve it. If that makes me as bad as him, so be it, although I think that's somewhat of a stretch...

    ReplyDelete
  43. I'm just not down with that whole "eye for an eye" thing, GSDlover, but that's just me. Was it Gandhi or someone else who said "An eye for an eye leaves the whole body blind"?
