Lindsay Lohan Gets Her Purse Back - Minus $10K

Lindsay Lohan got her stolen Chanel bag back but it was $10K lighter than when she went to a party without it and decided to leave it in her car. Yes, Lindsay was walking around with $10K and also dumb enough to let it sit in a $5K bag while she went into a party. Well, that is what she is probably telling her insurance company. For all we know it might have been $2 and some lottery tickets. It does make you wonder why Lindsay needed that much walking around money. Like I said yesterday, there are certain transactions where cash is necessary. Do you think this means she has stacks of cash in her place? You know she did not go to the bank and withdraw that much because someone would have said something. That is a ton of money for just a few days in Hawaii.

  1. Gee, those red bulls sure cost a lot in Hawaii, don't they?

  2. Did anyone else see her pictures from Playboy? I thought they were very uninteresting, to say the least. She can't even look cleaned up with photoshop. That layer of skank is way too thick to scrub off at this point.

  3. Well it DID say she was at a house PARTY in Hawaii. I didn't hear about any major fashion or entertainment event happening there, so I'm assuming it was some regular schmoe's house party. Now why would Lindsay Lohan go? Someone told her what they were going to be doing at their party and made her want to go? Or some super rich freak offered to pay her to go?
Also, I have feeling we know at which point during the party she found her purse missing, after she had been there a bit and someone offered her something for sale to take back to the hotel with her no doubt.

  4. That's drug money.

  5. Who knows if she really had that money or this is another ploy to squeeze money out of her insurance carrier.

  6. The $10k could also be her pay for the "party" -- which would explain why she was in Hawaii. Half way point for Japanese "partyers" to meet her, now that she can't fly into Tokyo directly.

  7. @Patty - did you notice they photoshopped out all her freckles and tats?

Sure sounds like an insurance scam to me. Although, with all her troubles, she may not have a credit card, and the cash was to pay for a hotel and extras? Nah, you're probably right - drug money.

  8. There's another part of this I am thinking about. She got the purse back. Quickly. So she says.

Was it actually missing? If so, it was someone she knows who took it.

  9. would anyone take a credit card form Lindsay ? I think not..

  12. I'm sure it had to do with some type of financial transaction regarding that infested wizard sleeve of hers - she's in dire need of an education and a reality check. Nothing that a hot bath and good book couldn't cure, but I doubt that thought has ever, ever entered that vacuous hole in her head where deep thoughts normally occur.

  13. How funny, I literally have $1 and a couple lottery tickets and a 10 cent off for recycling coupon in my wallet.

  14. I couldn't be happier to hear LOHAN was ripped off to the tune of ten grand. It's just a drop in the bucket compared to her kleptomania...."borrowed" fur coat incident, lost Chanel jewelry from a photo shoot, the infamous necklace. We all know there are many other incidences which never saw TMZ's light of day. So yeah power to the Hawaiians.

  15. Maybe she can't get any credit anymore. I'm giving her the benefit of the doubt but I think she needed that much cash for drugs

  22. It is a big scamin HI for theives to hit cars because women do leave their purses in there. However, you never get the purse back. Yeah wasn't there a blind about someone who now makes $10K to "entertain"? Sounds like that's what that mone was.

  24. It was $5K in the first TMZ report then suddenly doubled to $10K in the later reports with no explanation or correction. I hate that kind of shit; it always screams SCAM.

  26. I have read else where that one of her friends "eyed" a suspicious guy on the street and got the purse back. Yeah, I think one of her friends took it.

  27. 200.00+? Damn. And I thought 140.00was off the hook!

  28. Do people not use travelers' checks anymore? That would pay for her hotel and other LEGAL sundry items, and they are insured if stolen.

What am saying. Of course, it's drug money.

  29. Right Stephani. Drug deaers don't accept travelers cheques.

    Liar, liar, panties on fire!.

    No love,

  31. Hmmm. I'll bet the RIS would be very interested in the origin of the 10gs. If it was money from the Playboy shoot and she withdrew it, I believe she would have to file a form at the bank. If she was being paid in cash for a "party" this is undeclared income and a big no-no.

  32. @Poppymann the bank has to file a CTR (currency transaction report) for cash transactions of over 10,000 in a day, usually they will file a SAR (suspicious activity report) if the transaction is right below the limit for the CTR, as well. I usued to be a personal banker and lender and did TONS of these.

  33. The first time I went to Hawaii in 1983 I was told by everyone I knew that you cannot leave anything in a car because it will be stolen. When I got there and rented a car, I was told by the rental company not to leave anything in the car because it will be stolen. Yet LiLo goes to Hawaii and leaves a $5K purse and $10K in cash in the car and it gets stolen. What a shock!

10k is small pittance in drug parlay. you get the drugs repeatedly, booze repeatedly, cigs repeatedly and then you repeat this process repeatedly. 10k can be gone in a week or weekend. the higher you get, the more money you throw around. like throwing it into the camp fire. money burns orange, btw.

  35. Wait. I thought THIS BITCH (shoutout to Michael K!) claimed to the judge and court that she was too broke to pay for her court-ordered therapy or whatever? Not too broke to have $5k Chanel bags with $10k in them. On a vacation in Hawaii, no less.

I understand that the U.S. justice system is incredibly flawed, and that space in prison is better reserved for violent offenders, but how the hell is Blowhan able to constantly and flagrantly defy court orders, and basically commit perjury without repercussion? She fucking makes me sick and I can't wait for her to one day get her comeuppance so I don't have to see/hear about her trashy ass anymore. She doesn't contribute anything to society. Hell, other than her attorney's fees and whatever her dealer(s) charge her, she doesn't contribute anything to anyone other than herself. Worthless slag.

    /end rant

  36. Well, we know she wasn't using the $10,000 for bra shopping.

  37. She reminds me of a girl I met years ago in Cancun. On the second last day we were there, she and her boyfriend claimed that the hotel staff stole all of their money out of their room (but left her jewelry, cell phones, and passports) even though no one else had any kind of loss (the housekeeping staff at the resort could not have been more lovely). The hotel declined to reimburse them because they didn't keep the allegedly stolen money in the safe provided (for a nominal fee) in their room. Failing that ploy, we went to a few clubs that night where she won back to back "hot body" and "wet t-shirt" contests at neighboring clubs and walked out with like $450 all told. She and her drunk boyfriend proceeded to get into a vicious fight about all the dudes ogling her (although he totally supported her winning money) and he took off without her. She and I ended up going on a bender to end all benders and hit every club on the strip before cabbing it back to our hotel at 6am all on her dime.

Yeah, Lindsay reminds me of Emma, except guys actually wanted to see Emma naked.

  38. Don't think any insurance company would give her coverage -- but this way she can file a claim with the owner of the property where the car was parked.
