Kim Kardashian Lied To Australian Government

Before I got too large and could barely fit into my airline seat, I used to travel a lot. One thing I have learned is that when you are entering another country or even your own, it is best not to lie to the people asking you questions about the purpose of your visit. In the US, if you lie you can go directly to jail. Do you know why Martha Stewart went to jail? Not for all that shady stock stuff, but because she lied to the feds. They take this stuff personally. Kim Kardashian has been to Australia three times, and they have all been for business. Each time though she told them she was coming in as a tourist. That is not good. If she was Australian and said that when entering here three times and was discovered she probably would be banned. Apparently her last visit was what really ticked Australia off. You know, the visit that happened two days after the divorce announcement. The one where she got paid a bazillion dollars to work and was supposed to get even more for an appearance but bailed. She told Australia she was there just as a tourist. Kim is now on an immigration watch list. I wish they would ban her. Actually I wish they would keep her and we would ban her.

  1. A couple observations...

I do think she is pretty on the outside. Too bad she is such an ugly, selfish shrew on the inside.

How stupid is she or how stupid does she think everyone else is?

  2. I'm so torn. This photo or the crazy scary big one Enty normally chooses for default KK picture? Hmmm...

    YAY, Australia!

  3. I'd put money on her not filing tax returns for money earned abroad, and that will get her in the end. Why else lie about your visit purpose? Does she really think that as a celebrity, she can fool the government about her not working there? I hope this sets off alarm bells and the government starts investigating her business dealings there.

  4. @Seachica - I think it's less about money and more about having the proper visa. When you are going to a foreign country for business, the paperwork required is different (and possibly more complicated).

  5. the Australian Gov't found out she pulled the same stunt a few times. Each time she applied for a tourist visa and each time she was paid for event.

I agree i'm sure this is money she isn't claiming as income as in the Caymen Islands or Swiss bank account.

  6. The Kardashians is a family like the Hiltons that live their lives through a series of lies and decpetion for a well manipulated public image.

It never even occured to them to tell the truth.

  7. Well, if she ever returns, they could always take her on some sort of croc-sighting expedition. Those things never end well for Yank tourists.

  10. @surfur - you are exactly right!

When visiting a Common Wealth country (and I'm assuming, many others, not just UK related), you are under obligation to clearly state your reason for visiting.

This my friends is going to perk-up the IRS's ears: you are under obligation to declare any financial transactions, no matter the amounts, with any country outside the US. Depending on the amount and the agreement with said country, you may or may not have to pay taxes on those financial transactions.

First - Being sued by a credit card company FOR 70$Million for not respecting contract and obligations.

2nd - Bad publicity for divorcing after 70 days.

2nd - The ex might sue for breach of contract (certain specific key points in their pre-nup have not been respected)

3rd - James Bond calls you on your bullshit

4th - Husband files for annulment, under FRAUD

5th - Dr Drew accuses you publicly of domestic violence

6th - Australia is monitoring your visits into their country closely, and might ban you from ever stepping on their soil (wasn't she there right after her divorce to open a Krap! store?)

    Am I forgetting anything?

I think this clearly shows that Kim's word has no value. And entering a contract with her would bring you nothing but headaches.

  12. I would LOVE to see the IRS investigate that entire K Klan. Hopefully someone in the know will make an anonymous complaint to the IRS about them.

This is my last comment on a Kardashian post, and mostly just to let you guys know I'm not reading them anymore, on this site or any other site. I thought about it long and hard and I truthfully do not care about Kardashians! It was a liberating moment when I realized this. You too can experience the bliss. Keep right on scrolling past the articles...it feels GOOD.

  14. I attended a 95% white jr high school...there was this one girl that everybody hated...no one ever said why they hated her it's just they all hated her...Amanda Bonnerup...sometimes I feel like it's the same situation with the Kardashians..they didnt murder anyone, or commit some crazy crime but everyone is on the

    "I hate the Kardashians bandwagon"

It's just entertainment..nothing to take seriously just good tv drama and fun.

    Whats the big deal?

  15. I usually don't bother commenting on Kardashian posts but I hope she hasn't lied about her taxes in the past. Well secretly I do and hope someone at the IRS is checking things out.

  16. Yes, surfer is right. I used to be an immigration officer at the Vancouver airport where people with suspect "visitor" stories would be sent in, but we would also process working visas (which were supposed to be obtained BEFORE arriving) and immigrant landing docs. Anyway, we turned around a lot of people for not stating the true purpose of their visit. It was usually pretty obvious after a luggage search. It's also how I managed to meet a bunch of actors coming in for movies and why to this day I think Gillian Anderson is such a bitch.

  17. kk and her momager are pretty stupid. seriously. normally, in entertainment industry-related work trips you request an artist visa. these operate like a temporary work visa and allow you to earn money abroad legally...they are also fairly easy to get...you surrender your passport for a few days...normal turnaround is a week, sometimes less depending on the country(ies)...you can even get that expedited in some cases. is she so all-mighty powerful that she thinks she isn't going to be on a watch list after pulling a stunt like that repeatedly? either someone needs to educate mama khris on the international and work laws or kim needs to get a real business manager.

  22. Dear Santa ... All I want for Christmas is for this entire bunch of morally bankrupt scumbags to go away, be that accomplished by being banned by foreign governments, jailed by home governments or banned by gossip sites. I am not picky .. any thing will do. Just get this families name of of my sight for good.

Thanks! Cookies and Milk for you by the tree ..

  23. Like I always say: "If you don't look at them, they're not there!"
@pookie: Don't you know that Kim and her mother are self-described "marketing geniuses?" That's one rationalization for her marriage bust-up being authentic, per TMZ: "I'm no dummy. The divorce would have been just as dramatic and dragged out as the wedding." SEE?

  24. Not Kardashian related, but I can't help but think of "American Gods" and airports.
