If You Call Melissa Gorga A Stripper She Will Sue You
When Real Housewife Melissa Gorga used to work at a strip club she insists she never actually stripped but worked as a bartender. Well actually bar maid is what it says in her affidavit. I didn't know they had bar maids. That sounds kind of weird. Like some old woman who brings you beer with whiskey chasers and then goes home to her cats. Anyway, one of the employees at this strip club said that Melissa was a stripper so Melissa went out and got a bunch of evidence that proves her claim that she did work at a strip club but did not actually strip at the strip club. She saw strippers and watched strippers but she did not strip at the strip club. Oh, and according to her lawyer if anyone says that Melissa stripped while she worked at the strip club or calls Melissa a stripper or that she did anything other than work at the bar at a strip club while strippers performed at the strip club than he will sue the person or tabloid no matter where they are in the world for calling Melissa a stripper when all she did was work at a strip club with strippers who stripped while Melissa made drinks. Did she make drinks for the strippers too?
i understand she was barmaid!
ReplyDeleteWhich of the fame whores is she?
ReplyDeleteDamn, Melissa. You're looking rough in that pic.
ReplyDeleteWell for someone who claims she was never a stripper, she sure does dress like a 10-cent hooker on a daily basis. Irony?
Stripper
ReplyDeleteStripper Stripper Stripper (bar employee).
ReplyDeleteStripper.
ReplyDeleteI wonder if that's where she first met Jacqueline?
ReplyDeleteI don't really care if she was a stripper or a barmaid (Bartender). I don't have a clue or even care to have a clue who she is.
ReplyDeleteWhy in hell does anyone care? I really despise all these "real" housewife shows. Bunch of bimbos with too much time on their hands and not enough "real" housework to do.
ReplyDeleteStripper!
ReplyDeleteKind of sad to look that rough and not have been a stripper. Her warranty has definitely expired.
ReplyDeleteHer job description could indeed have been 'bartender' OR 'barmaid' (tho not 'Serving Wench,' which might have been cool).
ReplyDeleteBarmaids and waitresses can only strip in the champagne room. Not all of them did, but that was the sole place a customer could see a barmaid/waitress strip & get at least a bit of a lapdance... Just trying to be fair; have no idea who this woman is.
--Oh, right: after opening, girls were served drinks only if a customer was buying. A few dancers refused to wait, and one always insisted on starting her day-shift with a triple shot of vodka. To a gentle suggestion that this was not a healthy brunch, she'd reply 'How do you think I manage to DO this f**ing job?' She had a point. It was probably against The Rules, but management always looked the other way.
To be actionable in this country, the statement has to lower someone's opinion of you, among other things. If she's on one of those Housewives shows, wouldn't being described as a stripper improve peoples' opinions of her?
ReplyDeleteWasn't there a blind about this person, whoever she is? I'm guessing, but is she a Jersey housewife? She looks like she could be Snookie's mom.
ReplyDeleteGood luck suing, stripper. If a person puts themselves in the public eye, they are open to fair comment and criticism. Stripper stripper stripper hooker stripper. Go ahead, sue me, Melissa "I was totally a stripper" Gorga. Stripper.
ReplyDeleteAlso, WTF is going on with the mystery hand in that photo?
I read on another site that she stripped at her family member's strip club (not sure if it's dad's, uncles, etc.). So if that is the case & they are on good speaking terms, I'd think getting the "evidence" she needed would be pretty easy.
ReplyDeleteStripper! ;)
Rough? She looks like SHIT in that picture--hammered, too.
ReplyDeleteWasn't there a blind here about one of the housewives trying to muscle the others out and bring her relatives on to the show, thinking
she's the star? I thought this was about her...
