Amber Portwood & Teen Mom


The Daily Mail has a report today that Amber Portwood is trying to get out of her Teen Mom contract with MTV. Her mom says it is so Amber can live a normal life without all the pressure associated with the show. Nice try. If you were a high school dropout with no career prospects, a toddler and no plans for the future, do you think you would want to get out of a contract that pays you almost $100K a year? Exactly. The reason she would be trying to get out of the contract is so she can get her own reality show where she could get paid way more. Her mom just wants a piece of that action which is why she has taken the lead in trying to cancel the contract. I hate when people say they are doing things for the good of someone when it is really just because they want to make a buck.
