Kathy Griffin and Jesse Tyler Ferguson do their best to recreate the Janet Jackson Rolling Stone cover for Out Magazine.
Leighton Meester filming Gossip Girl.
Miley Cyrus doing some solo shopping. She always has people with her.
Meryl Streep starting to do publicity for her Iron Lady movie.
Another photo shoot another picture of Rihanna smoking.
Selena Gomez's dog Baylor almost died this week because he ate a bunch of rocks. The adoption agency will now visit Selena once a month.
Hmm, this should have been at the top. I was going to give Stephenie Meyer some props for Twilight. I don't think they are literary masterpieces, but she tapped into something that works.
The Hoff is smiling big. Must be buy one get one free night at the local bar.
Victoria Beckham skinny as all get out and in New York.

Did Stefanie lose a ton of weight? I remember seeing her pic along time ago and being surprised she was really large. Huh. Am I making this up in my head?
ReplyDeleteHow does Victoria look like that so soon after baby? Must be nice!
That pic of Kathy makes her look very masculine.
Regarding that Kathy pic...ick nast.
ReplyDeletePuppy eating rocks. That has nothing to do with neglect.. some dogs will eat anything. I have a really dumb lab that chewed up a zippo lighter with no ill effects. He also eats fences, park benches, pieces of brick he chews off, plastic, bones, his own dog collar, his own id tags, shoes, garden tools, trees, rosebushes, books, an umbrella and stand that was in my mom's backyard....need I go on?????
ReplyDeleteSo I meant, that it's not completely her fault if a puppy eats something bad..dogs have to be watched or crated 24/7 if they are chewers or eaters, and you usually learn by having a sick puppy.
ReplyDeleteLol at Kimberly's dog, what is his name? My mom's lab just takes stuff and voila they disappear! Some stuff she chews, we think she has a stash somewhere. My husbands dog, Mandy, used to carry rocks in her mouth around all the time. My lab pitt mix, Muggles, once carried a dehydrated smelly mouse carcass in his mouth. I only found out about it when I was giving him a treat and he spit it out, he ate the treat and then picked up the dead mouse to carry around some more.
ReplyDelete@Kimberly: lollll!
ReplyDeleteMy friend's Berner used to eat full doggie poo bags, kitchen towels, and rubber dog toys found lying around at the dog park. But he needed surgery - twice. I hope Selena starts being vigilant. Fortunately the worst my dog has eaten is poop - cat poop, dog poop, duck poop. And I said fortunately, ha?! The worst was when he would try to lick my lips, UGH! He outgrew it.
ReplyDelete@RenoBlondee: No, it's not just you--she's lost a lot of weight. I remember seeing a picture of her when the first Twilight book came out and thinking, "No wonder!"
ReplyDeleteRe dogs that eating anything and everything. Have them checked out by your vet. There is usually a medical reason for this. I can't think of the name of it off the top of my head, but the dog is eating everything because of a digestive disorder in which they aren't properly absorbing nutrients. It is curable/treatable. My friend had a German Shepard like that and it ate a lot of her jewelry once, including diamond rings. It was on that trip to the vet that they discovered her dog had this disorder. With medication, her eating habits became normal and she quit being so crazy destructive.
ReplyDeleteThat's good to know, RJ.
ReplyDeleteI think those legwarmer things Posh is wearing look ridiculous.
Oooh! Is Blair running away from her wedding to Louis to go be with Chuck?!
The Hoff picture made me laugh out loud...so creepy!
ReplyDeleteI love the picture of Kathy Griffin and JTF!
my cat chews on library books too. Not books I buy but only library books. I have turned in books that looked like a teething baby vampire got a hold of them.
ReplyDeleteI know Kathy G's stomache is flat, but I still don't want to see it. It kind of makes me sad, because I think she has to absolutely starve to look like that.
ReplyDeleteStephanie Meyer looks great! Twilight fans get tons of shit but I think it's great that people get so excited about *reading*.
ReplyDeleteTalking about dogs eating weird stuff: growing up, my golden retriever ate money. Cold, hard cash, baby. He would dig through my mother's purse to get it ... past the credit cards, receipts, checks, coupons, etc. We then had to wait a couple of days for it to make a return appearance. We'd clean it up and take it to the bank. The moral of the story is: NEVER put money in your mouth.
Chopchop, saying people reading the Twilight books is a good thing because they're reading is like saying your baby drawing on the wall with his own poo is good because he's drawing.
ReplyDeleteShit is still shit.
I don't believe Victoria Beckham was pregnant in the first place.
ReplyDelete@AMD
ReplyDeleteAmen! Crap is crap.
Hahaha, what AMD said.
ReplyDeleteMiley looks like she got a boob job.
We had 3 dogs. One was smart, and the other 2 were idiots. They had two favorite spots(musical chairs, one dog was always out) so if the smart dog was out he'd perk his ears and bark, pretending to hear something outside, and the other two would jump up to investigate. Smart dog got a spot. Every. Time. I almost felt sorry for the other two, but c'mon. Every time?
ReplyDeleteLove these dumb dog stories. :) My part-lab dumb dog chewed on/ate everything in sight including a small amount of rat poison & a jellyfish and I managed to keep him alive. He also got his head stuck in a brick wall one, but that's another story. My friend has basset hounds and she said they eat rocks ALL the time & has had to have multiple $1k+ surgeries to remove them so they didn't become obstructed.
ReplyDeleteYou really have to watch puppies, though.
Stephanie Meyer looks great!
The Hoff looks demonic.
My sister's stupid dalmation ate everything not nailed down and then some. He ate the back out of her sofa, chewed on her console TV, ate socks, stuffed toys, anything you kept in the microwave for longer then 2mins past the alarm going off (he could open the door). You name it and the idiot chewed on it. He was loveable but dumber then a sack of hair.
ReplyDeletemental note: only adopt dogs that are older...thats what we did and all she does is sleep and id thankful for the heated bed we leave on for her all day! they love you to pieces-people usually do not want them :(
ReplyDeleteMy Mom's late lab, when a puppy, ate a whole partridge--in 30 seconds. A hunter put it down for a moment and when he came right back, there was nothing but a couple of feathers. Ate the beak, claws, feathers, in literally a single gulp.
ReplyDeleteSame dog, a few years later, while being boarded somehow got into a 10 pound bag of dog food and ate the entire thing during the night. Come breakfast, the hadn't discovered the bag and fed him as usual--he had a normal appetite.
Sad story though--a friend's lab ate nylons he found in a laundry basket. They caused a knot in his intestines and he died. :-(
^^Amen to what @Unknown said. Senior dogs are wonderful to adopt. I adopted two 8 year old malteses on doggie death row. One lived to 14 and the other to 17, and the best dogs EVER. <3 (Yes, one was named Figgy.)
ReplyDeletemy dog had to have emergency surgery because he ate a bottle cap at some point.
ReplyDeleteShe's being taken care of by my friend whos a dog trainer right now (I started home dialysis, and she wanted to eat my machine), and she said dogs eat stuff all the time =\
