That dress does not suit Rachel Ray at ALL. Something about the length of her torso/lack of neck. Can't put my finger on it.

I think RR's jacket is not right with that dress.
RR's boobs (if you can call them that) look very weird in that picture. I couldn't even tell she had them. Plus, they look like they come off her chest at a very weird place...

And I can't stand those stupid peeptoe boots she wears with everything. She looks better when she smiles, anyway. When she tries to be serious/sexy, she looks ridiculous.
