To Jen-I just saw that episode and I think Kandi says that she would 'dip her toe in the water' but wouldn't go for a full relationship. NeNe says she wouldn't be interested.

Kandi said when they were on the beach in Miami that she would dip her foot in the lady pond, so I'm pretty dang sure this is Kandi!
