Lindsay Lohan Gets Six Days In Jail
Lindsay Lohan was in court today despite what she calls a case of food poisoning. Probably withdrawal actually. Anyway, the judge in the case sentenced Lindsay to 30 days in jail, which, with the math currently used in the jail system of Los Angeles County will mean about six days in jail. Of course she will probably check in at 1159pm and be released at one minute after midnight so really, about four days in jail. Lindsay probably knew how lucky she was because she said, "Thank God," when the Judge sentenced to her. Even Lindsay can do that math.
Sadly, she looks like a supermodel in that picture compared to what she looked like this morning.
ReplyDeleteColor me unsurprised, honestly. She must have endeared herself to Sautner somehow, because that lady was *way* lenient.
@Ida - I didn't see Judge Saunter as lenient as so much as calling a spade a spade when it comes to the system. She could have sentenced LL to what...300 or so days?? She'd be out in 60 with nothing accomplished.
ReplyDeleteWe did that last year at this time.
She put Lindsay in a very structured deal, which IA with the judge, she needs.
that's what I like about the judge she made it so Lindsay can't come up with anymore excuses not to do her community service. The jail time was nothing and expected to be nothing.
ReplyDeletefrom tmz:
Judge Stephanie Sautner gave Lindsay a strict schedule on completing the rest of her probation -- by December 14, she must have completed 12 days at the morgue and 4 psychotherapy sessions.
By January 17, another 12 days at morgue and 4 psychotherapy sessions. And so on. Everything must be completed by March 29 -- or she goes directly to jail for 270 days.
guys, the L.A. Sheriff said just TWO weeks ago that was ROOM in Jail for Lilo and she would SERVE that entire time.
ReplyDeletePlease email him and make him STAND BY his word!

It takes ONE MINUTE. DO IT, ESPECIALLY if you live here in L.A.
I'm so sick and tired of these judges letting her get away with murder. Throw this girl in jail and keep her there for at least 6 months and get her help, while she's there, before she kills herself. They're too easy on her. She needs to sober up, stay off drugs and learn a lesson.
ReplyDeleteBah
ReplyDeleteI'll believe it when I see it. That being said I still want to see her clean up and get better. That could just be the Mean Girls fan in me, that and the part that eels bad or her having those people as parents.
ReplyDeleteDoes she ever wear a bra?
ReplyDeleteRobert Downey Jr. didn't get his life under control until he went to prison. Of course, Keifer Sutherland also went to prison and I'm not sure how under control he is now. I'm not sure what would help Lindsay now or if anything can. I don't think that six (more like four) days in a special needs private cell are going to help much. I am very interested to see if she follows the strict probation requirements afterward. And if anything happens if she blows (pardon the pun) it off again.
ReplyDeleteany career this bitch had is from long ago---i didn't even like 'mean girls.' it's not like she was the next meryl streep or anything.
ReplyDeleteshe's a washed up child star with a drug problem who thinks she's entitled to whatever she wants. i'm fucking sick of her.
she'll be up to her old tricks very soon---she always is.
I love that judge, she means business. My favorite quote of the whole hearing was the homeless women's shelter director saying they didn't want Lindsay doing her community service there because she is A BAD EXAMPLE FOR WOMEN TRYING TO COME OFF DRUGS AND MAKE THEIR LIVES BETTER.
ReplyDeletebwahahahahahahahaha
Anyway, fingers crossed she serves the full 15 days of that 30 day sentence if they have room in the women's jail for her. That would be beautiful.
@FS that was my favorite part also. The look of disappointment on Lindsay's face was priceless.
ReplyDelete@FS great little anecdote from the judge. I missed that.
ReplyDeleteTo me, the worst part of the sentence was the Judge allowing LiLo seven days to turn herself in so she could finish her Playboy shoot. That is just crazy.
ReplyDeleteI agree with iheartjacksparrow. I was really surprised that she was granted a stay for a Playboy shoot.
ReplyDeleteBetween this and stupid Kim Kardashian, I can't even enjoy the celeb gossip these days. Wake me when something interesting happens.
I would have paid if the judge had said "you are to be immediately drug tested for illegal drugs. If you pass you get 30 days, if you fail you get one year".
ReplyDeleteUgh. TMZ says she will literally be out in MINUTES and won't even have to change clothes.
Baha FS - that's awesome that the shelter director said that :)
ReplyDeleteI look at this picture (when Lindsay actually looked healthier than she does now) and the first words that come to mind are "waste case".
Princess CALL THE SHERIFF DEPT.

I just vented my head off! This is bullshit.
Poor LL. Time for Celebrity Rehab.
ReplyDeleteI agree timebob (and everyone, actually).
ReplyDeleteHarvey Levin said that the judge actually gave Lindsay just enough rope to hang herself, with these very strict conditions. She also had to agree to waive the appellate process, should she violate, meaning, she goes straight to jail for 270 days. The judge also changed her probation officer because of what happened at the last hearing, where the judge called out the probation dept. for a BS report from her psychologist.
She has always violated probation, so you know what they say about history repeating itself.
@FS - That is awesome.
ReplyDeleteWhat is a week in jail going to teach her? Nothing.
I feel like I keep watching the same movie OVER and OVER again. Same ending.
def withdrawl. puking & coming out both ends. she probably wanted to be clean or try to be at least for court in case they threw a drug test at her.
ReplyDeleteI wonder who'll be the next loser to get all this press after Lohan finally overdoses like Amy Winehouse?
