Gary Giordano Is Out Of Jail
I will say this for the Aruban police. They appear to be honest. You know they must have been tempted the past few months to plant some kind of evidence or make up something to keep Gary Giordano in jail for the murder of Robyn Gardner. You know he is guilty and I know he is guilty, and of course Nancy Grace thinks he is guilty. Of course Nancy thinks everyone is guilty. She thinks Santa should be locked up for the rest of his life because of all the breaking and entering he does each year. She considers it an outrage against justice.
This makes Casey Anthony's lawyer two for two in getting guilty clients off. Gary Giordano was released from jail yesterday after police said they have no body and no evidence any crime took place so they cannot charge Giordano with a crime. Giordano is expected to arrive back in the US later today.
1- To Nancy Grace, everyone is guilty but her. No her nipple did not slip out, and No, she did not fart on public television.
ReplyDelete2- As for Aruba?? Why always there? if your bf or husband tells you he's taking you on vacation to Aruba: RUN FOR YOUR LIFE!
Still believe though that your innocent until proven guilty. It looks like this time they followed the law to the letter. These things, will we ever know?
Well, considering Gary Giordano was never tried for anything, saying Jose Baez got him off isn't technically correct.
ReplyDeleteOther than represent him, I'm not sure exactly what Baez did, seeing as the police really had no evidence of a crime.
But yeah, I agree that he's guilty.
Smug assholes.
ReplyDeleteI agree, surfer. To be fair, we don't know this guy is guilty. Do I think he is? Sure. Do I KNOW he is? Nope. Innocent til proven guilty.
ReplyDeleteNancy Grace farted on TV? Really?? That made my day!
ReplyDeleteHere you go then __-__, for your enjoyment, Nancy farts on TV:

well...congratulations dude! You pulled this one off! Better make sure you save that insurance money you get, you won't get away with it again.
ReplyDeleteAnd those eyes are craaaaaaazy
What's the status on his request for the $1 million payout from the travel insurance on her should she die during the trip? Is that how he paid for Giordano? Did he already get the money? (And if the police can't find evidence of a crime how is Giordano going to argue that the insurance company ought to pay out for her death?)
ReplyDeleteI don't know about honest, but the police probably didn't try and cover up any evidence in THIS case. ;)
ReplyDeleteWanna murder someone and get away with it??? Go to Aruba!
