Lindsay Lohan Is An Idiot

Next week Lindsay Lohan is due back in court for a progress report. It will be awful and would be enough to send any of us back to jail. Heck, if it were any of us, we would have never got the sweet deal Lindsay got in the first place. I am pretty disgusted with the Lindsay Lohan legal system and the one that exists for everyone else. Anyway, next week she is due back before the judge and TMZ has compiled some interesting statistics about Lindsay pr as I like to call her, meth face. Back in May, Lindsay was ordered to perform 360 hours of community service within one year. It has been almost half of that year which means Lindsay should be closing in on 180 hours. She has completed 21. So, in five months she has done nothing but sit around and do nothing but cannot find the time to do her community service. I cannot wait to hear her excuse and if she says some kind of crap like working I would like to know when she was working. She went and took some pictures a couple of weeks ago in Paris and that is it.

The judge also ordered Lindsay to see a psychiatrist every week without fail, work or not. Lindsay has not been doing that either. She just keeps getting break after break and never ever realizes how fortunate she is. I know she will blame everyone else again, but I sincerely hope she goes to jail for like a good year. I think that would do her some good. Not a week or two, but an entire year.

  1. She's not going to jail. She'll get another slap on the wrist, like always.

It is BULLSHIT, because not only is it totally unfair to "regular" people, but it is probably the only thing that will save this stupid bitch's life.

    CALL the judge.

  2. Lindsay may be an idiot, but if I lived in California I would be screaming over the double-standard that actors and actresses are given. She's either going to wrap herself around a tree or worse, kill someone else.

  3. It really doesn't matter, just look at her. Her Oscar winning career is over. There's a homeless woman I see on the street who looks better than Lindsay.
When you look in the mirror Lindsay what do you see ?

  4. Her excuse is they were MEAN GIRLS for skipping community service.

Wonder if she'll actually get any jail time or if she'll manage to skip out again. Like you said Enty, The Lindsay Lohan Legal System is different from everyone elses.

  5. Yep, a year in jail would save her life.

  6. A year in jail would just save her life for another year. She just doesn't get it - and, sorry to say, I don't believe she ever will.

  7. A year in jail could save more lives than just hers. No one is safe as long as she's drugged up and free to drive. I wish I could take the Walton's billions and build a celebrity jail so there won't be any more excuses about it being too costly to keep a celebrity locked up. I hate these double standards in the legal system.

  8. According to TMZ, the women's center has "fired" her because she's not following the rules - shocking!

This is a girl that NEEDS, NEEDS, NEEDS to go to jail. She needs to be scared straight. As long as she's able to get away with "Move that cone! I'm Lindsay Lohan!" type crap, she's going to continue down this path and she WILL die - it seems like it's only a matter of when at this point.

  9. Put her on A&E's Beyond Scared Straight and have some homegirl get all up in her face until she cries. I'd pay to see that probably.

  10. Uncreative headline is uncreative. C'mon, Enty.

CA jails are waaaaaaaay too crowded with violent offenders, so even if she *does* get tossed back in a cell, she'll be out in less than a week -- and she knows it. That's why this bloated, vain, selfish bitch doesn't give a shit WHAT anyone thinks.

Just when I think she can't look worse, new pictures appear. This looks like her absolute rock bottom -- the dazed/dead eyes, the puffy mouth that can't even form an actual smile, the straw-like hair. I seriously can't imagine her ever reaching the age of thirty, but I'm sure she fancies herself some kind of Monroe-ish Hollywood martyr, anyhow. *eyeroll*

  11. I almost never comment (although I read CDAN religiously) but I read Lindsay's publicist's response to the questions about her meth teeth and I almost peed my pants. Ready to die laughing? Here it is:

"Lindsay is widely acknowledged as one of the most stunning actresses of her day, and we get requests every week wanting to do photo shoots with her from top photographers. She's been on the cover of Vanity Fair and the top beauty and fashion magazines. She's a beautiful and glamorous actress. With everything going on – from deteriorating public education to rampant homelessness to international unrest – there is no way I'm going to comment on Lindsay's teeth,"

  12. But Ida, if the judge sends her to state prison, she'd have no choice but to do her time. Enough of this Lynwood crap, where she'll be out in no time.

  13. I seriously loathe this....person. She just doesn't CARE about her responsibilities or even trying to APPEAR like she cares. It's getting to where I hope something really bad happens to her to wake her the FUCK up.

And omg Travel Bug - that statement is RIDICULOUS.

  14. @The Travel Bug -- IKR? My favorite part is that last sentence. Lindsay has put in SO many hours of community service. We should all hope to be so altruistic and selfless, honestly. She truly has her mind focused on the larger issues affecting our world.

Is Lindsay her OWN publicist? It kind of sounds like it.

  15. @surfer -- Again, though, until she runs over someone with her car, she's a nonviolent offender and CA prisons are just as crowded as their jails. I mean, it would be AWESOME if she were incarcerated for longer than 36 hours, but I don't see it ever happening. This cycle has been perpetuating itself for nearly a decade.

I won't hold my breath. Money talks, and since Lindsay's an *actual*l whore nowadays, she can flash her cash and get out of judicial trouble.

  16. Yes, yes she certainly is.

    And dirty to boot!

  17. @Sue Ellen Mishky: I'd pay money on pay for view to see her on Scared Straight. Those shows terrify me! And like others here, if I lived in California I'd be furious at the different justice systems for the famous and non famous.

    ReplyDelete
  18. Hell, Sue Ellen--no prolly about it for me. I'd DEF pay to see that!

  19. Hasn't she always smoked Parliaments, which are supposed to not stain the teeth as badly as other cigs? I take this to mean that regular brushing and flossing must be right out of the picture for this one.

  21. Somebody needs to do something. The way she gets away with things is so frustrating. I can't wait to see the meth scabs on her face which should pop up soon...

  22. I wish someone would set up a website with the names and faces of Lindsay's enablers, like the publicist who issued that statement. Obviously LiLo has no moral compass, but I wonder if anyone around her does?

  23. I believe it when people say that the Californian prisons are already overcrowded but I can't believe that they let every person with a DUI or convicted of drug posession not go to jail. I think when Paris or Lindsey had to go to jail they interviewed a lady who was just leaving and told them that she was convicted for the same crime but had to stay in jail longer than Paris/Lindsey. I guess that they have enough space but use to prefer it if those idiots have to pay huge bails so that they can use the money for whatever it is they use it for. Aren't there any other facilities where they can 'store' those DUI/junkie celebs.

  24. This makes me sick. Girl needs help. And clearly needs to be forced to get help before she hurts someone or accidentally kills herself. I'd like to see her serve some real jail time.

  25. I don't give a hang what happens to her. I wish she would just go away and I really don't care in what manner she exits.

@ The Travel Bug - I laughed my ass off when I saw that this morning too. I guess White Oprah took off her Mommy Hat and put on the PR one to write this crap. Toss this Bitch in jail and she does the full sentence anyone else would do. Enough is enough. She has flipped the judge off.

  27. if she die or hurts/kills someone else, you KNOW she will say its the state of CA's fault for not holding her to the same standard as everyone else.

  28. Enty just needed the headline and the picture; no need to waste time adding two paragraphs about the latest incident. We get it already!

    BAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAAAAA!

Yes, STUNNING is the word I'd use to describe Lindsay Lohan.

  30. Back in the Mean Girls days Lindsay and I got compared a lot and I always was sorta proud! Then she was kinda of awesome... Now i would drop a bitch if they compared us.

  31. @Maja: In the same sense that a train collision can be stunning.

I am still wondering about her teeth. You would think the teeth would be top priority for a famous person. I've been looking through the list of movies made in 2011 and 2010 and with all the actors and actresses getting work in more than one or two movies per year you would think LL would be able to find some work. The last thing she was in was Machete and had a very small part as we all know. I would watch her in anything that came out because like the poet that lingers at the sight of a horrible crash, I can't take my eyes off her.

  33. In theory, a poor man or woman who is accused of a crime ought to be able to get the same kind of justice as a rich man would. The reality is that they don't.

  35. Jail's not going to help her at this point. Getting rid of the enablers might. She's surrounded by people trying to get a whiff of her fading fame. They'll do whatever it takes to make her happy. It's really sad. I'm sick of her, but I don't want her to end up like Amy Wino. At least Amy was a self-aware addict, and sadly, she loathed herself. Lindsay Lohan seems to be the opposite, not thanks to her child-rearing.

  36. Sounds as if White Oprah has been sharpening her PR pencil.

I don't hold out a lot of hope for Lindsay, even in jail. Out of jail, only Bill W can save her, and she's bound and determined never to meet him.

She looks horrid. I don't think she has straw hair, by the way. I think she has straw extensions.

  37. oh, is it lindsay going-to-court-and-being-in-the-news time again?

it is getting rather repetitive, no? isn't everyone bored yet?

    ReplyDelete
  38. LOL @ "straw extensions."

Does Lindsay really NEED a publicist? She always does such a great job of placing blame on everyone but herself.

  39. I am glad Dina would rather see her daughter rot away than go out and get a job and actually support herself. As much as I hate saying it, I feel really bad for Lindsey. She was pimped out very early to support her entire family. She was sent to live by herself at Chateau Marmont at the age of 17. Instead of spending money on plastic surgery, tanning, and hair extensions Dina should have hired a chaperone to supervise her. Instead, she was out partying to her heart's content and spiraling out of control. Sad, but predictable.
