Howard Stern got Simon Cowell to say a whole bunch of things that he probably wishes he could take back. First of those was that he was not sure if he is still engaged. If you are not sure, then let me tell you that it is probably over. Even if the other person did not think it was, as soon as they hear that comment it is over. I just don't think his fiance' could handle all the other women Simon has sex with.
I have to check the timeline, but Simon also said he went on a blind date with Denise Richards when she was heavily pregnant with Charlie Sheen's baby. Wasn't he with Terri Seymour at that time? Denise took to her Twitter last night to say that she did not consider it a date, but considering that she thinks Simon is hot, he could probably take another turn at that date with her.
Finally, Howard asked Simon with all this random sex, if Simon wore condoms and Simon says that condoms are for 17 year old boys and not men. Well, let me know if you think that when your peen falls off.
Oh Simon.
ReplyDeleteAnd that mentality is why AIDS/HIV is still on the rise.
ReplyDeletethat's like playing Russian Roulette, just plain crazy.
ReplyDeleteWhat a stupid thing for a grown man to say. And considering Howard's target audience, completely irresponsible.
ReplyDeleteJEEBUS. THAT is the kind of detail you keep to yourSELF.
ReplyDeleteWell...if Enty ever posts a blind about an A-list media mogul who suffers from the crotch critters he picked up while boinking some strange, it'll be pretty easy to come up with a good guess.
Pleeze!
ReplyDeleteI HIGHLY doubt this man has sex with any women, for chrissakes, with or without condoms.
Well now that was a pretty interesting game of "Simon Sez" wasn't it? What a moron!
ReplyDeleteI believe that Denise twittered that it was a group dinner she was invited to by friends. I think Simon might be a little delusional.
ReplyDeleteSimon seems like he's peddling the I'm super-straight thing. Odd.
ReplyDeleteAnd yeah, the 'real men don't wear condoms' is why HIV rates are very high in certain places/countries e.g. parts of Russia.
Wow. Just...wow.
ReplyDeleteLet's wait a few months and see how herpes or HIV bit his irresponsible ass.
ReplyDeleteHope Stern reminds his audience to be safe and not to take Cowell's cowardly methods seriously.
Agreed it was TOTALLY irresponsible to say that condoms are for boys and not men- actually there is a new rise in people over 55 yrs old who are getting HIV and all sorts of STDs/STIs because of this very same mentality- WHICH I DONT FUCKING GET
ReplyDeleteLike, uh, STDs give a shit how old you are, idiot.
With that whole thing outta the way, I gotta confess that I have always really wanted to bang Simon. Maybe its daddy issues (ha!) or his rugged assholeness but I feel like he'd be insane in the sack.
*roar*
Are you kidding? 17 year old boys are too dumb to wear condoms - grown ups take responsibility for their choices! If you don't want to wear a condom, whatever, but don't make like that's a "manly" choice - it's an idiotic one.
ReplyDeleteSimon is a self absorbed little boy. Real Men are responsible and wear condoms when not in a monogamus relationship. He has obviously never watched someone he loves dying of AIDS. : (
ReplyDeleteHey, where's Missy to tell us that Simon doesn't have to be concerned about AIDS because it's still just a "gay problem?"
ReplyDeletehahahaha enty is hilarious lol
ReplyDeleteAnother twit making about the same comment today.
ReplyDeleteThe Game, that rapper person, stated that closeted gay men are responsible for the spreading of AIDS. Yep, in 2011, there are still people who think that only gay can give you AIDS.
There are men in the black community that are 'down low' about their gay life.
ReplyDeleteI did a report on it called Black and Gay in America.
It really points to how rigid our gender roles are here in Western societies where being a 'man' and all that entails is so essential to a male's self worth that they feel they cant come out as gay or unmasculine because they will be ostracized from their society. And yes, down low gays DO spread HIV because they use condoms less- its been studied that these men dont even want to admit it to themselves that they are engaging in homosexual behavior- its so sad.
The answer is really to relax the rigid gender dichotomy as well as creating an environment where gay or straight, or whatever, people feel healthy enough about their self worth where they dont engage in dangerous things such as condomless sex, in the first place.
and even Simon Cowell, putting up this emotionless front about banging all the chicks- is simply reinforcing what we consider a real guy to be- one who spreads his seed and does so emotionlessly.
ReplyDeleteYou can argue all you want- these characteristics are indoctrinated in our society and we grow up inadvertantly teaching our children this by our own condoning actions.
sorry, forgot to add, they dont want to admit to themselves they are engaging in homosexual behavior so they dont buy condoms or lube because it would reinforce what they plan on doing.
ReplyDelete@Ida "Crotch critters" made me giggle.
ReplyDeleteI find this particularly interesting. Wasn't he the widely believed answer to a blind about a gay guy paying his beard a ton of money when the contract ended? Im pretty sure he gave the girlfriend at the time a house when they split.
ReplyDeleteHmmm....condoms are only for 17 year old boys. Wonder if he's had a vasectomy? Not that it would stop any potential "crotch critters" though. ;) He's gross.
ReplyDeleteThe CDC can now use him as a walking petrie dish.
ReplyDeleteI shudder at the thought of his vain stupidity.
He is an idiot, and I think he's gay.

I'd say gender roles are way more rigid in the developing world. Iran just hanged several gay men for being gay.
Tatyana-
ReplyDeleteSOME places, like Iran, have patriarchical societies LIKE WE DO, but yes they appear to be more rigid. HOWEVER some places have a much more egalitarian view on gender roles and maintain a fluidity as far as gender displays and the like.
But many scholars in the sociology (what im studing in) and anthropology field, will tell you that the effect of globalization has been problematic inasmuch as the potential threat of a Western hierarchical view of gender taking over other places around the world.
Contrary to what the gung ho 'America is the best country EVER' folks here in the U.S. want you to believe, there are MANY places who offer much more (in my eyes) preferable gender practices, and they are being threatened by Western cultures. Do we hang gay men here? NO. But we do have the Matthew Shepard's being victimized and women STILL get paid 70c or so to a man's 1$ and so forth.
he's not sure if he is still engaged. that is the second time this week i have heard someone say that. wtf people. for all of our instant BFF bs w/ social media, we really are becoming disengaged from real connections and communications.
ReplyDeleteI'm a very careful man but if I was ever lucky enough to end up in bed with Denise Richards, there is no way I use a condom. She is one of the sexiest women in history.
