You Know It Is Bad When Daniel Baldwin Gets Temporary Custody


I guess the judge deciding to grant Daniel Baldwin temporary custody of his children has never seen an episode of Celebrity Fit Club or Celebrity Rehab or read anything about the Baldwin brother with the most issues. If he had, he would not have been as quick to give Daniel temporary custody of the kids. Daniel got a restraining order against his wife because he says that she threatened to kill him and is addicted to drugs and alcohol. His wife is Joanne Smith who used to be a model, but according to Daniel now just has kids and is an addict. Their kids are 1 and 3 so this has got to be tough. Daniel said in a statement that he had problems many years ago. Umm, first of all he was on Celebrity Rehab like four years ago and was a mess, so I am wondering how he is defining many years ago.
