Random Photos Part Two

Sherwood Schwartz - RIP
Why is everyone so sad today? Then again, Ashley Olsen never really smiles.
Ben Affleck and his scruffiness.
Jonah Hill and Brad Pitt in Cancun.
Carla Bruni and her baby bump.
Clare Grant pulls out her Hogwarts tie for the New York premiere of the movie.
Who knew that Emma Watson had that much height on Rupert and Daniel?
Finally some fun. Matthew Lewis and Tom Felton.
Guess what Gerard Butler won this acting award for. You might want to sit. Bounty Hunter. Seriously.
Apparently this guy did not see the dad who died last week in Arlington.

  1. OH GAWD no more guys catching foul balls please, I still have nightmares about that poor dad who died last week.

I think Emma is wearing some high Louboutins because she is towering over the boys.

  2. Oh and Ben had some new hair plugs put in, his tribute to JFK Jr does not become him.

  3. Matthew Lewis--Neville Longbottom! I never would have recognized him.

  4. That baseball fan is the reason natural selection exists.

  5. I mean the one in the pics.

  6. I noticed Emma's height when she was on Letterman last night. She's grown into quite the tall drink of water hasn't she? Reminds me of a young Nicole Kidman.

  7. echo what Mishkey said

  8. Is a ball REALLY worth that? what assholes.

    Emma is wearing heels......

  9. I know Gerard Butler has a reputation as a man-whore, but he looks great in that picture! What award did he win for Bounty Hunter? Most Likely to Say Yes to Any Script? Best Good Sport in a Turd?

  10. Emma looks great. The guys not so much.

  11. The baseball fan just made me want to bitch slap him!!! Standing on a table no less!!! WTF? We are all still reeling over the last man in Texas who was just buried yesterday. Grr.... : (

  12. Gerard Butler won for acting? When did they start holding The Razzies in July?

Hey now, hey now, Gerry was the highlight of The Bounty Hunter. It's just that it was another in the never-ending parade of Jennifer Aniston crapfests.
I'm sorry (actually, no I'm not), but that dress Emma's wearing puts the "hor" in "horrible." And I hate her haircut.
OK, everyone, let's play "How many weeks has it been since Ashley Olsen washed her hair?!?!"

  14. not a Gerard fan, but he looks kinda cute there.

I am, however, a HUGE Seth Green fan! I love that man!

  15. I usually love Emma, but I hated her dress and makeup this time around.

  16. Why are the Olson girls always so sad looking??

Affleck is sporting some serious O'Bannion hair there. WOW.

Brad Pitt sure is fond of dressing monochromatically.

I re-watched all of the movies in preperation for Friday! I'm so excited. Emma is definitely wearing heels.

Congrats to Gerard for his Sparkly Sea Horse Award.

I heard about the baseball thing on the radio earlier and was like "WTF??" Seriously? I was at a minor league game over the 4th weekend and saw all these idiots trying to grab for the ball. I just don't get it* (*NOT a sports girl).

  17. The Bounty Hunter was truly one of the worst movies I have seen in years. YEARS.

Lelaina - I loved your O'Banion reference!! "Do you hear me? You two little fuckers are DEAD. DEAD. GRR!!"

  18. Aw, what a cute picture of Sherwood Schwartz with Florence Henderson and (I'm guessing) Maryann/Dawn Wells. RIP, Mr. Schwartz.

  19. Sherwood Schwartz being kissed by Carol Brady and Mary Anne Summers at the same time? Classic TV heaven.

  20. Sherwood Schwartz helped define my childhood with the Brady Bunch. So sad to hear of his passing, but what a life well-lived. RIP, sir.

  21. I think Emma Watson is just lovely. Don't care for her eye makeup in these pictures but you can't get it right EVERY time, I guess :)

    ReplyDelete
  22. I could barely recognize Nevelle! I'm sure Tom Felton is happy to leave the Draco Malfoy persona behind too.

It's well known that Daniel Radcliffe is only 5'5. But I'm sure Emma Watson is in some major heels there.

  23. I adore Emma Watson up and down, and I think she's such a lovely, smart, charming, and well-spoken girl...but I just do NOT like her style. :-( I appreciate the fact that she's really young, has access to whatever she *wants* to wear, and is obviously going through a requisite edgy phase, but there's nothing positive I can say about that get-up.

Sorry, Emma. I know if you're reading this, you're surely crushed by my sartorial analysis. Go try your tears with a 1000 dollar bill or something.

That ball-catcher idiot should be ashamed. NOT a cool thing to do when a man just famously died doing the exact same thing.

Gerard's seahorse trophy looks like some uglyass gimcrack you'd find in an overpriced Myrtle Beach souvenir shop. Does it have flashing LED lights built into it? Does a little song tinkle out when you wind up the base?

I think Ben looks really, REALLY GOOOOOOD right now, but I've also always had a thing for JFK, Jr. ;-)

Oh, and he and Jennifer have made some gloriously beautiful children. That's a certainty.

  24. Gerard's award looks like something you'd find in a bathroom at a Florida beach resort hotel. Tacky, tacky.

  25. Ida, the foul ball idiot is most likely 4 sheets to the wind. What gets me is that he STOOD on a LEDGE!!!

I would have shoved him. Just a little.

  26. $hit - when I go to a major league baseball game, I am *DUCKING* from flying baseballs. Not trying to CATCH them. I-D-I-O-T-S.

    HATE Carla Bruni. HATE.

Love Sherwood...I grew up with his shows. Bless him. RIP.

  27. Oooooh YUMMY!!!! thanks for the Gerry pic, Enty! MWAH!

(If it is true that Gerry's back on the juice, he is definitely the hunkiest drunk I've ever seen!)

  28. I am going to disagree with everyone here and say that I LOVE Emma's hair, makeup and dress! I think she looks amazing. That can't be Neville Longbottom! No way! Tom Felton was awesome in that Greek movie. I hope they all have great careers, love all the films

  29. I 2nd Linnea- I thought the makeup but especially the dress was very high end and daring without being too puzzling and uncomfortable looking.

Nevill freaking Longbottom- IS THAT YOU?!?! Yowza.
(and it's still super weird to me to see Tom Felton aka Draco Malfoy looking happy and sweet :)

2 DAYS TIL THURSDAY'S MIDNIGHT PREMIERE!!!
    Mwahahahaha :))

  30. Without the aid of heels Emma isn't taller than 5'6. Seems short to me.

  31. Say what you will about Jen Garner and Ben, but they have two of the CUTEST daughters ever. We saw other photos of Ben carrying Seraphina yesterday and my daughter said she looks like a little angel.

Thank you and RIP, Mr. Schwartz.

In regards to the baseball guy, where is security? And like others said, what's the ball worth? The guy who caught Jeter's 3000th hit gave it back to him without asking for anything. They said the ball could've been worth $25,000. That's for a milestone ball. That idiot was trying to catch some random hit (I'm assuming) so it'd be worth what? Nothing. Yeah, that's worth your life. If he's married, I hope she lays into him.

As for Emma Watson, I'm in the minority here but I don't understand the interest in her. Her and Carey Mulligan bug me, I just don't like their style at all.

I don't know who Clare Grant is but that outfit is embarrassing. It's what trashy girls wear for a job interview at a low-end clothing store. The tie keeps you from noticing that the buttons are straining.

  33. Agreed, don't like Emma's dress from last night, normally she's about the same height as Rupert and Daniel, must have had major heels going on. And no smile in most of the pictures, at all. She used to be so bubbly, hope it's just sadness at the end of an era, not an imitation of Victoria B.

That baseball guy is an idiot, I agree with Maidstone, I'm ducking the balls, not heading for them!

Her husband seems happy enough. Maybe she dressed for him.

  35. Thank you Sue Ellen! It's Darwin at work indeed.

  36. Lol @Montana!

Normally men's clothes are so bland and boring, so I was really loving Brad Pitt's great outfit there.

  37. Anita, I think the interest in Emma Watson is simply because she's beautiful. Furthermore, she's beautiful in a way we don't get enough of in the states (we have the tacky "Real Housewives of OC"-look held up as beautiful -- orange tans, monster veneers, yellow extensions, impressionistic surgical interpretations of "breasts," etc.). I am an American, but I have trouble identifying with other Americans' preferences in, well, anything, including people's appearances!

DNBer, it is in the eye of the beholder ;)

She is a very lovely girl, I can't deny that, but I'm not enamoured by her style.

I'm not American (I'm Canadian). Sadly there's as much British trash (chavs I believe is the term) as there is American trash. Remember, they have Katie Price.

I'm a straight woman but I can't stop staring at that photo of Penelope Cruz. I like a sexy woman.
