Heidi Fleiss Opens Dog Hotel

In case you think your dog might need some paid for loving, I have just the place for you. After two years of trying and failing, Heidi Fleiss has opened a dog hotel and grooming salon. Services include nail clipping and massage followed by a happy ending. You can also schedule your dog for a night of one on one loving with one of the many dogs that live on the property. They range from French Poodles to Chinese Sharpeis and a Maltipoo for those of you who have dogs who like more of an exotic look. Great Danes provide security as bouncers should your pet get out of hand or attempt to leave without paying.

  1. We board our cats at a local cat hotel. It is SWANKY -- it's all white and pristine, and the cages have windows that face the trees so the cats can stare at birds and make those weird chattering sounds all day (those of you with catchildren know what I'm talking about). Also, there's a little T.V. in the room that plays nature videos all day. AND, there's a screened-in porch and the cats take turns snoozing outside. My cats LOVE it there.

Anyway, I just want to know what Heidi named this place. I hope she got creative.

  2. I don't think great danes would make good bouncers. Now a mastiff, or a rottweiler would be a better choice.

Wonder if she stayed clean after D. Drew? I remember she used to love her birds.

  3. I'm so happy to hear this!! There is something about her that I just love. Maybe it's her dedication to animals.

I am hopeful that this will bring her peace and normalcy in her life. **Dr. Drew crosses fingers** LOL.

  6. You can't get much better than working with animals. Good for her! I like her as well. She seems like a very down-to-earth person.

    Brilliant. Absolutely brilliant.

I always liked Heidi. I hope she's doing well.

And I think pitbulls would make the best security for a doggie brothel.

  9. I've had a soft spot for heidi ever since I saw "Crystal Butterflys", which is a documentary about her efforts to open a male brothel. The story turns out to be so much more...so haunting and sad. I wish her nothing but success and happiness.

  10. I came to like her on Celebrity Rehab.

She is troubled, no doubt, but she seemed honest and forthright.

  11. Heidi's a smart lady. I was reading a business mag the other day and it said the pet industry made $47 billion in 2010. People like to pamper their pets. This type of place is on the rise vs. the crated places.

When I first moved to my town there was only 1 place that had crateless boarding and now there are 5.

When I was doing research for a site once, I saw where one boarding place actually had a limo service that would go pick up your animals!

@Ida - I'm impressed your kitties will travel/board. I had to board mine for several weeks when we were renovating our old house and had to end up picking him up b/c he was having a conniption. Our vet said he had self-induced asthma???

  12. @MCH -- That's so sad about your kitty! He must be REALLY shy. It kinda reminds me of kids who vomit as soon as they get to school so their parents will come pick them up. :-)

A few years ago, we left them for one weekend (with plenty of food and water, of course) and one of my cats SHAT on our BED. THAT was a first. And ever since then, they DO get boarded. But the little fuckers are so spoiled that they stay in digs that are far more swanky than any hotel the bf and I have ever visited. Figures.

  13. When I go out of town I have a guy come twice a day to walk, feed, and hang out with my dog. It's $15 a visit, which isn't too bad, and she doesn't have to go through the trauma of a new place.

  14. Because I am unnaturally attached to my cats I don't go on vacations or business trips anymore unless the cats can come too.
I was interested in how Heidi is doing these days too. It still bugs me how she was the fall guy.

  15. Uh...happy endings? really???

  16. I must say I'm surprised it took 16 comments before someone mentioned the happy endings, considering her....er...former way of payin tha bills.

  17. @Ida - He is very shy. And we'd never boarded him before. So that was his way of saying: I will not stand for this shit, Mom. :) I felt SO bad for him.
