Having A Shaq Sex Tape Will Get You A Beat Down

So, if you had a Shaq sex tape where he is having sex with several women you would probably think about selling it to Vivid or some other porn company. It is unclear whether music producer Robert Ross had those intentions, but apparently he told the wrong person that he had a Shaq sex tape because the next thing you know he is allegedly getting kidnapped and robbed by seven gang members who claimed to Ross they wanted the tape.

Now, this could all be some story that Ross is spinning, but he is doing it in front of a Judge, so he does have that going for him. He is a friend of Shaq's, so he might have had access to any tape. No one has verified the tape exists, but it would shock me more if Shaq had never made a tape. Were the gang members after the profits of the sale of a tape or were they going after the guy for someone else?
