Miss Havisham And Pip To Have Sex?

One of the memories I have from English class way back in the day was watching the 1946 version of Great Expectations. For some reason I will always remember the lines, "Give me your name boy." "Pip sir. They call me Pip."

I also remember that Miss Havisham was a very old woman who walked around in her old wedding dress. Now though, the BBC is doing a whole new version of Great Expectations. Miss Havisham is going to be played by Gillian Anderson and they want her to be sexually charged. Pip is going to be played by a 19 year old actor named Douglas Booth. I get the feeling that Pip and Miss Havisham are going to be having some sex scenes.
