Pia Toscano Dumped Her Dude For Mark Ballas
For some reason, I noticed the DVR had recorded American Idol for the week Pia Toscano got eliminated. I had not watched the show since the auditions, but remember reading about how this was such a shocker she got eliminated. Well, I watched the whole show from that week and she was by far the worst of the week so I don't know what the big deal was. I did not think she was all that. Apparently though she thinks she is all that which is about par for the course in LA. Apparently she has taken the road where you try and make yourself relevant by dumping the long time boyfriend and hooking up with the first celebrity willing to give you the time of day.
The NY Post says that Pia pretty much started ignoring the long term boyfriend as soon as she got some fame. This is a pretty common occurrence whether the person is male or female. I just think that Pia overestimates her talent and thinks she is going to be a huge star and I think she will find that a few weeks on Idol has been done many times before by people a lot more talented than her and all they do now is ask if you want fries with that. I wish her well, but she might want to think about things a little more before she starts burning all those past bridges.
