It was not exactly a Fabulous baker Boys kind of moment, but Lady GaGa made the most of it last night at a concert in Houston. While performing a song she got on top of her piano, which was on fire. She then lost her balance, fell down to the floor, but kept right on singing.
This of course would be a prime moment to bring up one of the classic performers going boom. I give to you once again, Bret Michaels.
Say what you will, but the woman is a pro. She didnt miss a note.
ReplyDeleteRespect the GaGa!
ReplyDeleteDammit, video was removed. But from what I hear, she was a consummate professional, even on her ass :)
ReplyDeleteYes, respect the GaGa!
ReplyDeleteYeah, I was actually really impressed by how she just kept singing.
ReplyDeleteThat video of Brett almost getting squished to death cracked me up when I saw it happen on TV and continues to crack me up every single time.
I don't like Gaga but she handled it very well. She didn't bat an eye. I think they were showing it on the Today show or something. It's probably on their site.
ReplyDeleteThe video has been removed but the Bret Michaels video is sure to make my day every time I see it!
ReplyDeleteGaga is a pro, you have to give her that and she loves her "Monsters" as she calls her fans.
ReplyDeleteLove Lady Gaga1!!! She's a professional and you never hear any "bad behavior" stories about her. I hope she didn't hurt herself falling.
ReplyDeleteHere is the video from CNN. At least she didn't fall on top the piano, which seconds later, caught fire. Damn those 10" heels.
ReplyDeleteI was there! Such a great show and professional, she must have said Houston or Texas or sung them at least 20 times. She coulda busted her head on that piano. Just so you know, sh was playing one key with her left heal and had the right heal on the guitar player's string before that happened. Great show if you can catch it.
ReplyDeleteThere was an article just a week or so ago about how Bret is moving forward with his lawsuit agains the awards show over this. What a weenie!
ReplyDeleteI agree, I'm not a huge Gaga fan, but good for her for handling it well.
