Charlie Sheen's Kids Removed By Police

This one is a tough one. On the one hand you have a guy who has been known to threaten lives of women and beat them and is a known drug user. On the other hand you have a woman who as recently as last week was willing to be part of a foursome with her ex-husband knowing there would also be drugs and booze and still went despite pretending to be clean and sober.

Yesterday Brooke Mueller got a restraining order against Charlie Sheen by stating in court papers that Charlie threatened her by saying, "I will cut your head off, put it in a box and send it to your mom." Because of that alleged threat, a Judge decided the kids should not be with Charlie...for now.

Here is what I think about the whole Charlie and Brooke thing. I think when Brooke started dating Charlie she probably did so by the hour and wanted to keep seeing Charlie so decided to try and keep up with him drinking and drugging and sex wise. She did so and she got pregnant and married but the drinking and drugging and sex thing was too much for her. They both got out of control and Charlie threatened to kill her. Meanwhile, while Charlie appears to be able to function as a drug addict and alcoholic, Brooke could not and has been battling sobriety every day since with a whole lot of slips. I think she is messed up permanently by her experience with Charlie and her life is in chaos. She thought it was her time to spend with the twins, it was not and she freaked out.

Honestly I don't think either one of them should be allowed to spend time alone with their kids. Charlie can't spend time alone with the kids he has with Denise, so why should these kids be any different. Anyone who has drugs, booze, and naked people in their home 24 hours a day is not really focused on the kids.
