Charlie Sheen News

I don't know how Charlie Sheen can keep up this pace much longer. It seems to me that he is going 100 miles per hour and is up 24 hours a day. Whatever drugs he is on are really kicking in. Anyway, news from Charlie yesterday includes the reason he joined Twitter. For the cash. His whole point of joining was to get money for selling Tweets. At least he is honest about it. No other reason but cash. I guess he figures that without a full-time job he is going to need some way of making sure he can afford his goddesses. On Monday he will be headed to court. Apparently he has proof that Brooke is still doing drugs and is also addicted to Norco which is a really strong pain killer. Charlie says Brooke was heavily using drugs a week or ten days ago. So, that would be Bahamas time when she went for the foursome and drugs but came home after Charlie pulled a knife on her. Sounds like a typical Charlie Sheen weekend.

I still don't like Charlie Sheen, but I am in awe of how one person can control the entire media despite everything in the world going on. One man with a lot of energy has become the number one news topic and shows no sign of slowing.

  4. when this manic phase is over, the crash is going to be devastatingly heartbreaking...and it's like he wants us to have a front-row seat.

  5. Sheen has syndication money...he never really has to work again...but x-wives, child support, hookers and crack can be expensive

  6. Charlie is on the fast track to a MAJOR meltdown and NO ONE is doing anything to stop him. The media is just feeding into his manic/craziness and when he finally comes down it WILL NOT BE PRETTY. At first it was kind of funny but now it is just sad and pathetic, cause the man needs help and I don't see him getting it. This will not end well.

  7. I totally signed up for the Tweets. So far, though, not very exciting.

I expect more from the drug that is Charlie Sheen!

  8. Norco is the same thing as Vicodin but with less acetaminophen (which can damage the liver. And we all know there is lots of alcohol involved). I can't wait for his implosion. He needs psych meds and therapy.

  9. I don't think it's true that no one is trying to help him. I think that the canceling of his show should have been dose of reality. I believe his father has been trying to help him. But how can you help someone who obviously doesn't think he needs help? All you can do is wait for the crash. And the media? This is what they live for! Charlie is selling magazines!

  10. Dr. Drew would sell his soul to get Charlie on Celebrity Rehab.

  11. It's nice when people are honest about how they are using something to make money. Refreshing.

That said, I think he might have already died based on how rough he looks it's just that no one's told him yet.

  12. Agree with Diane - it's kind of fascinating in a trainwreck sort of way. I have no problem with him selling tweets, if the Kardassians can do it, why can't he?

Question for the people with bi-polar knowledge...Charlie said clearly in his 20/20 interview that he is not bi-polar because he never "crashes" - he is like this 24/7. Could he be right?

  13. Trump about the possibility of Charlie going onto Celebrity Apprentice:

I’d love to have [Charlie on the show], but I’ll be honest — I think what’s going to happen is [Two and a Half Men] is going to end up signing him for a lot more money than he was getting paid in the first place. It’s all about ratings in this crazy business, and if you have ratings, you can be the worst person on earth and they’re going to sign you. I think Charlie will do very well.”

And here's what Trump had to say about a Sheen-less Two and a Half Men:

“I think it’s very risky [to continue ‘…Men’ without Charlie] and I think with Charlie they’ll do probably better than they ever did before. I would say that probably Charlie will be a big star for a long time to come… I get a great kick out of him…I think he’s doing just fine.”

  14. I weep for my country that this man is being treated like a hero. Or maybe I should just weep for humanity as a whole.

  15. Think this is a plot by Emilio to get Charlie out of way so that he can finally have the spotlight?? Its been a long time coming .. LOL

Charlie is just manic .. his weight loss and his sunken in face just screams sex, drugs and sickness.

  16. @Nosey

    Interesting statements by Trump.

    @Rocket Queen

I know several people who suffer from Bi-polar disease and while I think Charlie's behavior is similar to theirs when in the "manic" phase, his behavior can also be attributed to years of drug abuse. I honestly don't know but no matter what he needs help and if he doesn't get it soon then he will be dead.

Probably the next headline with be his obituary.

  18. It's losing a little bit of its magic, but I still kind of love it. I mean, the quotes this man has provided us with in the past couple of weeks...he deserves some kind of internet award for that alone.

Yes, it is sad, and yes, I hope someone can help him before he comes down because like someone said, it's going to be horrific. But for now, it's still kind of funny.

  19. "on air drug tests" aside-I seriously question their validity, he acts like someone on meth. and looks like someone on meth. hence the manic highs.

also, bi-polar people may only experience one end of the spectrum--so he could be bi-polar and just has manic episodes, not depressive. it is a very complicated disease & is still being understood.

if his goal is to die on camera, I think he's almost there.

so glad the kids are out of the house.

  20. Thanks Lady J - I tend to agree. I really think this is just Charlie after years of drug abuse. We've just never seen him right out in the open like this.

I think that Brooke is just as much of a addict as Charlie has ever been. These twins are no better off with her than Charlie. Seriously. I think Martin would do anything he can to help Charlie, but his hands are kind of tied. I agree than Charlie is in some kind of manic phase right now as well and I think that he looks like Hell. I so don't want to read his Obit as he is very funny on his show and most people say he is a nice personable guy one on one. He just has his demons and cannot seem to keep them at bay. So extremely sad and I don't want his young children to be Fatherless.

  22. Did any of you guys read Brooke's court statements on TMZ? They have the TRO she filed Tuesday. (If you go there, there are like 17 pages and the last 3 or 4 pages are the ones where Brooke gives her personal statement.)

She says she has been in a day treatment center now for quite a while and her mom and nanny take care of the boys during the day while she's gone.

She said for a short period before she "moved back in with him", he had been acting 'normal' but when she wanted to leave his house he wouldn't let her take the boys. Rather than leave them there alone, she 'moved' back in with him. In the next day or two he started acting crazy again and planned the Bahamas trip. She said she only went with him to the Bahamas because she was afraid for the boys' and her safety. He wouldn't let her leave with the kids.

While in the Bahamas, his craziness increased including threatening to stab a pen knife in her eye and she had to leave. (I assume she had to leave the boys there because Charlie had the boys for almost 2 weeks solid before CPS took them away.) When she got back to Calif is when she got her lawyer involved to get the TRO and his visitation restricted since he kept refusing to let her take the boys home.

She states he told her to convert $20,000 of the child support money he is paying her into cash each month because he has some people he wants to whack off with "untraceable" cash.

Towards the end of the statement she says she doesn't think his drug addiction is making him this way now, she believes now he is suffering from some type of mental illness/breakdown.

I have been in her situation. When you are afraid of someone you will do anything to placate/calm the abuser to protect your kids, including things that don't sound logical (like go to the Bahamas.) When someone is raging/out of control, they're on an energy high that cannot be stopped by talking or pleading, so you just have to go with the flow until you can get away.

And don't say, "she could have called the police" because there was no violence or crime that had taken place at that point.

Look at him now, he's obviously sick but you can't lock up someone just for acting crazy until they hurt themselves or someone else.

Bipolar disorder symptoms can vary in individuals, some are more prone to stay longer in a "manic" phase, while others might be more "depressive", however the manic episode eventually cycles and is followed by a depressive period, the intensity of the crash can vary and depending on how quickly he's cycling, it's possible he might not even be aware of his depressive state at times, throw in drugs and you have a very screwed up individual that's loosing touch with reality.

  24. I don't know. At first I thought his freaking out was funny and the whole "winning" line was really quite Brilliant! Now it is just becoming really sad to me and the media is turning this into a really horrible car wreck situation. For me its gotten to a point where its heartbreaking to watch. Yes just call me Debbie Downer wah wah.

  25. I like how his "proof" of Brooke doing drugs is the pictures he took of them (with her id laying next to the paraphanalia). No pics of her doing any of it. They are clearly trying to frame her.

I am sure they all were doing drugs there and they are just trying to make her take the fall for it.

  26. Great post Panda. This is getting crazy.

She states he told her to convert $20,000 of the child support money he is paying her into cash each month because he has some people he wants to whack off with "untraceable" cash.

  27. Brooke is NO BETTER than he, so she needs to shut the fuck up. I do not feel bad for her in any way. she knew what she was getting in to, before she married him. Who DOESN'T know about Charlie's past?

She wanted the fast life with him, and this is what she got. I am not saying Charlie did not say these things to her, but give me a fucking break- you went away with him and porn stars after he beat the crap out of you and you divorced him.

I say any woman who is with Charlie Sheen gets what she deserves. Same as any woman who would date O.J.

  28. Regardless of what she says in her statements, I can't imagine that a sober mother would ever leave her children with a father like that for any period of time. Let alone up to two weeks.

  29. Get those kids with the highest qualified court appointed nanny who goes EVERYWHERE they go. No alone time with either parent. Lots of together time NO alone time.

  30. Who would ever have thought that Denise Richards would have been the one looking good in the end? I don't predict a good ending for Charlie Sheen. He is too out of control at this point. I am glad the kids are safe.

  32. How does he get paid to tweet when he isn't pushing any products?

The quotes are entertaining, but it's the whole threatening thing that concerns me more. It's like he suddenly snaps.

A friend of mine believes he has a narcissistic personality disorder. He's obviously loving the attention.

  33. Playing a bit of a devil's advocate here: barring a major overdose, I'm thinking Charlie will grow old enough to see his grandkids.

Can you imagine how his his body has fought to maintain some kind of equilibrium to keep him alive in spite of all his excesses? It's sobriety that might kill him. His body isn't used to it. ;P

  34. i see Brooke is a chronic drug user who spends a lot of time in treatment centers. I gooled her name and was amazed at the amount of reports of her in treatment.

Always amazes me how Denise Richards gets involved when there is a report on Charlie,

As a side note I know of people who have had years of drug abuse and don't act so erratic.

    ReplyDelete
  35. Everyone keeps saying manic-depressive but he sounds more like Narcissistic Personality Disorder to me.

  36. @Cheri and others that talk about NPD - I though that diagnosis was going to be removed from DSM5?

Either way, the mania doesnt really seem to fit with that. I honestly don't know what the deal is. I though it was bi-polar too, but who knows what that many years of drug use does to a brain?
