A Very Eerie Lisa Marie Presley Story From Me
The National Enquirer has a story this week which says that Lisa Marie Presley dropped 55 pounds in 5 months and then suffered a nervous breakdown, was flown back to the United States from her home in England and has been getting treatment from Scientology ever since. Normally I would not bother to write about it because it is just not that interesting to me. If she thinks her church is better than a hospital, I won't judge her on that. She is an adult and can make her own decisions. Now, if it were one of her kids, I would say something.
Anyway, the weird thing and kind of eerie thing is this. Ever since the day Elvis died, you could drive by his Los Angeles house and if you peered through the fence to the tennis court you could see a little bicycle right up against the fence. Always been there. Never moved. The legend is that Lisa was riding her bike out on the tennis court when the news was given that Elvis had died. I am not in that neighborhood very often, but sometimes people will come visit and they want to see where Michael Jackson died which is across the street from this house. So, since Michael died I have been by there a few times and it was always still there. Until this weekend. Gone. I drove by, and did not see it and had just been talking about it. I even got out of the car to check to make sure because it was always there. Not anymore. I wonder if her breakdown and whatever advice was given to her had anything to do with the bike being gone. So strange.
