When did US Weekly turn into Kneepads Junior? First the kneel down to Shania Twain and now this. Apparently they must think a nice kiss ass piece on Ryan Reynolds will get them some kind of Green Lantern cover shoot down the line because they definitely took Ryan Reynolds' side in the split with Scarlett J. Not a bad idea really. Neither one of them is known for giving interviews to tabloids, preferring instead monthly magazines which give them multiple pages, a free trip and free clothes.
In their latest issue, some source told US Weekly that on the set of Green Lantern, Ryan complained that Scarlett treated him badly. Yes, I can just see Ryan rushing out of his trailer in tears, gushing to someone close to him that Scarlett hurt his feelings. Please. This story came from some PR person who just got dumped and was treated badly so thought that would be a great phrase. Was Scarlett J mean to Ryan? Probably, but I bet he as no walk in the park too, just has a movie coming out sooner with a larger budget so that publicity staff is on top of it.
So this means he wasn't screwing Blake Lively....sure.

ReplyDeleteBased on his track record, I'd say he was at fault...but Scarlett's gone on record as saying that she thinks monogamy isn't natural...and she gave him a tooth as a gift.
This was wacked from day one. But it's OK. I'm here to console Scarlett if she's sad. I have a bottle of nail polish...you know...in case she wants her toenails painted or anything...and I've got some nice chardonnay chilling. Oh and I've got a Tom Waits vinyl.
Rumor is that both Ryan R. and Scarlett J. are gay and were bearding for each other.

their taking sides is stupid...i mean, isn't scarlett the one that lands the more 'important' roles? if that's their m.o., i'd go and 'side' w/ her.

ReplyDeleteI know UsWeekly is nothing more than junk food for the brain, but it's nowhere near being as ass-kissy as "Kneepads" (love that name by the way! Sad what happened to "People" magazine- it used to be really good). UsWeekly trashes celebs left and right.

Some articles have said RR initiated the divorce & others are saying SJ initiated it. I wonder if that means their PR reps are the ones leaking that info?
I never could wrap my brain around Scarjo and RR. They were always a weird couple to me. I would not be surprised if they were bearding for each other. Their marriage came out of the blue too.
