Random Photos Part One
Four parts today.
Matt Damon doing daddy duty. Of course there are three others so daddy duty might take awhile.
The always cheerful looking Mary Kate Olsen.
Maria Sharapova said last night that she feels very spoiled to have a $250,000 ring. Um yeah.
Pablo Schreiber must have three feet on his wife.
Pee Wee on WWE last night.
Robert Downey Jr enjoys nose sucking. One of his many quirks.
Richard Kind has a smirk on his face like maybe he saw his buddy George Clooney's girlfriend in those swimsuit pics yesterday.
Stephen Baldwin practices taking an oath for no apparent reason.
Salma Hayek and her tribute to gladiator shoulder pads.
Simon Le Bon and his family in Rome.
The Hoff in his drinking suit. Well, actually I guess everything he wears technically could be called that.
It's nice to see a celebrity marriage last and without crazy infidelity stories (Simon and Yasmin).
ReplyDeleteIs it odd to anyone else that Simon and Yasmin dress that well to shop? Will they not get good service unless they dress like that? Yes, they're shopping places I cannot afford, but would you dress that well if you were shopping there?
ReplyDeleteSimon LeBon's daughter and wife are gorgeous. OMG.
ReplyDeleteSimon looks goooood in that pic. That is one beautiful family.
ReplyDeleteSkittleKitty - maybe they won't be let in the door of those fancy places unless they are dressed to kill :)
Simon. Drooling. Still.
ReplyDeleteIt seems like a European thing to do (being dressed up to go shopping) instead of slumming it in sweats and pajamas like we seem to like to do in the states. That said, when I was growing up, my mother always made a point of making sure we looked nice, appropriate and presentable when we'd go out (clothes) shopping or even to the movies on a Sunday afternoon. Her reasoning (besides, being old school of trying to look as best you could when leaving the house) was that you never knew whom you may run into while you are out shopping or what have you. And I grew up (and still live) in the Pacific NW, so it's not like we had the formality of a Southern upbringing to have encouraged that.
ReplyDeleteAnd I thought that Salma's husband had a funny hat on in that photo, only to see he was unfortunate to have had his photo taken with a chandelier behind his head.
where is this new Duran Duran album I've been hearing about for the last 3 years?!
ReplyDeleteLets go Simon!
Why does Maria S know the price of her engagement ring?! That goes beyond nouveau Russian riche to tacky.
ReplyDeletePablo Schreiber: Nick Sobotka forever...
ReplyDeletePablos legs, theyre see through!
ReplyDeleteJohn, I've heard some stories. I think they have an understanding when he's on the road. Whatever works for them. They appear very happy and have 3 beautiful daughters.
ReplyDeleteOh, and I think the new album comes out in the spring.
ReplyDeleteI know the price of my engagement ring to the penny b/c I picked it out and paid for it. It is not a diamond and is unconventional and I was having it no matter what.
ReplyDeleteThen hubby was having none of that so he re-paid and made them tear up my receipt.
But then I also bought the accessory side-bling myself (didn't get reimbursed for that one though...and with this economy will have to wait to get myself the third piece...), but bought the band itself online for cheapy-cheap.
I ask myself, how did a life-long tomboy suddenly give a rat's ass about jewelry?
Beware your 40's, you younger ladies. You'll get all kinds of "I am my Motherrrrrrrr!!! on yourself, trust me.
Selenakyle, I hope I didn't offend you. My point: Maria S knowing the price of her ring reveals more about an obsession with status than happiness for love. That's a part of the crazy celebrity game that begins the slippery slope.
ReplyDeleteOh, Simon still looks good after all these years. If he has an agreement with his wife, maybe I can make an agreement with my hubby next time they come to town, LOL.
ReplyDeleteselenakyle - as I roll down the hill toward 40, I too have become DEEPLY interested in building my jewelery collection. I hear ya.
ReplyDeleteIf I had the resources and looks of the LeBon's, I would dress like that. It's fun wearing fab clothes.
