Demi Lovato Enters Treatment For Everything
Yesterday Demi Lovato abruptly walked off the Jonas Brothers Tour (that thing is still going on? really?), and checked herself into rehab. Oh, treatment. Excuse me. Can't utter the word rehab because then it starts giving connotations of drug use or casual sex or both with strangers watching. Can't have that. I am glad Demi is getting help for whatever ails her. According to her people and sources who are spinning furiously away, they would like you all to know that Demi was bullied as a child and that is the reason all this occurred. If that does not pull the right heart strings they are willing to admit Demi is a cutter. In the past this was denied. I think one time a spokesperson said Demi's bracelets were too tight. Finally, if neither of those make you sympathetic, Demi also suffers from an eating disorder. Apparently the final straw leading to Demi entering treatment was a fight Demi had with a dancer on her tour. Personally I think this has been coming for awhile. It is very, very hard to live such a public life and have all these secrets you are desperately trying to hide so your Disney-ishness does not disappear and that you can continue cashing those checks.
