$5000 To Hear Heidi Montag's Mom?

Somehow somewhere, the mother of Heidi Montag thinks the world is willing to have the world pay her $5000 to have her come speak on such topics as Perfect You! (about body image with a focus on eating disorders, health and fitness), Rocky Mountain High (focusing on the mind, body and spirit connection), Cutting The Chord (focusing on creating a separate identity from your children); and Sunshine In Your Heart (focusing on positivity during difficult times).

I especially like the cutting the chord one because I always thought it was cord, but perhaps she is going to sing a few tunes for the $5000 you are paying. I also find it quite funny that the only way she could possibly even attempt to charge $5000 is because she is the mother of Heidi Montag so maybe she should not be the one speaking about creating a separate identity from your children.

  2. ˆˆBa hahahaha!

What qualifies her for this? Simply that she has a brain-dead daughter who lets a horrible boy-man run her life?

  3. hahaha enty, your "chord" vs. "cord" comments just made my day!

God, it's depressing to keep getting smacked in the face every day with the knowledge that people without even the most basic grasp of English language skills are making more money than I ever will, thanks to reality tv. Sigh.

Really glad I went so far into debt to get that college degree.

  4. I think I'd pay $5,000 to not listen to Heidi or her mom

  5. Not really cutting the cord or establishing a life independent of your children when your child's psuedo-fame is the only reason you'd be asked to make such an appearance.

  6. I was knitting yesterday, so I couldn't change the channel when my show on my dvr ended, and ET came on with Speidi. Now they're going the rounds talking about how dumb it was for her to get all that plastic surgery, and how it was low self-esteem and the pressure of fame. Yeah, I feel really sorry for you. Now go away and never come back.

  7. "about body image"? did she come by this expertise reading magazines in the waiting room during her daughter's endless plastic surgeries?

  8. I actually feel a little sorry for her mom. I don't think she is anything like Dina Lohan.

That being said, I can't see how she'd pull $5k as a speaker anywhere.

  10. you know i think its probably completely all about the money BUT a part of me thinks she's doing this after seeing her own flesh and blood have 11 surgeries in one day. that's gotta be tough as a mom to see that. shes was pretty upset on The Hills about it. maybe she's trying to stop the cycle of self hate and body dis-morphia.

  11. These tricks AGAIN. I thought that they were bankrupt and over being in the "public eye".
As for her Mom, why can't she just write a book ala Mama Spears and STFU.

  12. I think that if I were Momma Montag I'd be more pissed off that my daughter married such a tool.
