Chelsea Autumn Takes Out The Claws For Patti Stanger

Whatever happened to that expression of if you can't say something nice about someone, don't say anything. Oh yeah, it is gossip. Scratch all that and let the bad mouthing begin. Chelsea Autumn and Patti Stanger must have left on some really bad terms. Patti, is of course the host of Millionaire Matchmaker, and Chelsea used to work for Patti and was on the show. I still don't know why Chelsea ever changed her hair, but it was awful. Anyway, Chelsea says that Patti is exactly like what you see on television but ten times worse. She also says Patti is a hypocrite because of Patti's recent boyfriend issues.

“I mean, they were dating for eight years before he proposed. That says it all right there.” She says that a matchmaker who is not even in a relationship is probably not the best person to be matchmaking. “It’s kind of like going to a fat trainer if your matchmaker isn’t even married or in a relationship, right?"

This is where I disagree. Just because Patti is not in a relationship does not make her a bad matchmaker. She probably just can give advice, but does not take her own. She probably knows what she should do, but does not do it for herself. If I did work out, I probably would not care if my trainer was fat, because at least then I know that he or she knows what I am going through.

  1. when it was brought up on watch what happens live, Patty was classy about it and kept her trap shut.

  2. All I have to say is that I think Patti's "rules" are ridiculous. That being said, it's a funny watch when there's not too much on.

  3. her rules may be ridiculous but she's dead right about men.

the "penis does the picking" so don't show up in a pixie cut and covered head to toe. it may work for a small percentage but most will always go for Barbie or her brunette twin.

  5. it is easier to give advice than to follow it. I would much prefer a fat (or formerly fat) trainer. The best advisors are the ones who have learned from their mistakes.

  6. I don't watch this show but it doesn't follow that just because she's not matched herself that she's not a good matchmaker.
I know a good divorce lawyer or two that are good at divorcing, though! :)

  7. I agree with what's been said, just cuz she is not dating doesn't mean anything, sounds like a scorned assistant to me.

Can I get a link to the CDAN FB fan page please...

  9. I do watch MM, because it's entertaining. Didn't like PS at first, but I warmed up a little. I wasn't dating anyone when the show started, but in between seasons, I met someone who I really wanted to have an LTR with. I actually followed some of Patti's advice (no sex till monogamy) and ... IT WORKED!!!!!!!! So I think, too, that maybe she can't take her own advice, but it can work out for others.

  10. I think Patty's advice is generally right on, but I find her increasingly abrasive, like she's acting it up for the cameras. Guess the former b/f got sick of it. Or the relationship ran its course.

  11. I love Patti Stanger too much to be bothered by this. She's a "hypocrite" because she was in a long-term relationship? Seriously? Harrumph.

patti is a fat faced freak, and her show must be slipping in ratings due to her changing locales.

  14. Patti just doles out common sense. She doesn't say anything I hadn't heard from my grandma and that was back in 1986.

My problem was the shallow people she had on her show. Those guys were just yucko and the women were not much better. I hope she has gotten out of L.A.

I liked the other Patty on A&E's matchmaker show better.

  15. Love Patty - she's always spot on with her advice.

  16. I love MM & PS. I also find her advice (for the most part) to be dead on.

Totally agree w/ Enty and the rest of you on that last paragraph.

  17. While it is fun watching Patti being so blatant with people, she could be more tactful. Love her Jewish edge, reminds me so much of my grandmother
