Wycleaf Jean Says Sean Penn Uses Coke

At a concert on Friday night, Wycleaf Jean took a shot at Sean Penn. While we would all probably like to take a shot at Sean Penn for many things, Wycleaf was taking one because of the way Sean Penn called out Wycleaf when Wycleaf announced that he would be running for President of Haiti.

At the time, Sean said something like he thought the whole thing was for show and that Haiti needed a President who would actually spend time in Haiti and had spent time in Haiti rather than just trying to garner publicity.

Well, on Friday night, Wycleaf finally responded and said, "I got a message for Sean Penn: Maybe he ain't see me in Haiti because he was too busy sniffing cocaine."

Well, actually he did not really say it, but rather sang it. He probably thought it would be easier to get away with if he sang it.

Of course Sean responded but with a strange PR twist thing to it and a dig right back at Wycleaf.

"Mr. Jean is clearly unfamiliar with the physical demands put upon volunteers in Haiti. As aid workers there, the notion of depleting the body’s immune system thru the use of illicit drugs is ludicrous. More specifically, J/P Haitian Relief Organization (a.k.a. JPHRO) has a ZERO tolerance policy for any and all illegal drugs," said Mara Buxbaum. "As the leader of this organization, Sean Penn has not only set this policy, but adheres to it. That Mr. Jean would make such a false accusation is reckless and saddening, but not surprising."

  5. I'll bet good money that both have/do use so Jean has no business pointing fingers at Penn for that.

  6. Neither one of them is "qualified" to call out anybody.

Your best talent is giving up your time and money to the people of Haiti so both of you need to sit down, shut up and put your money in the hat that's being passed around.

  14. They are both asshats. They have lost sight of the actual issue: that the world does not revolve around them.

  15. Yeah, there's someone I want to see at the table in a diplomatic tussle with the Dominican Republic or Cuba. And can you see him having any kind of extended conversation with France, which Haiti badly needs to happen? I don't care if he is from Brooklyn, that's just awful. Sober up and go home to your wife, son -- for a change.

  16. oh sean, stfu. i may not think WJ is qualified for the presidency, but he's a lesser douche than you, and at least he doesn't beat his wife. AND he's most likely right about the coke thing.

  17. Sean Penn may (or may not) be doing tons of coke but the fact of the matter is, he is working hard in Haiti and trying to get stuff done.
Way more than Wycleaf Jean can say.

  18. Wycleaf = Wyclef

  19. Why oh why do these hugely inflated egos think they can solve a whole country's problems? As others have noted, they should go home and attend to their own problems. What a moron Wyclef was for actually running for pres. Why is Penn involved? Is there history between these two?
