Mindy Cohn Godmother To Brangelina's Twins?
Only in Hollywood would this ever occur. There are reports scattered around the internet today that Mindy Cohn is the Godmother to Brangelina's twins. Apparently, Mindy, who is best known for playing Natalie on Facts Of Life is really good friends with Angelina's brother. Of course it could be that Mindy met Brad through George Clooney. I mean he was on Facts Of Life with her. Very strange. About a month ago someone sent me a movie trailer for a new movie Mindy is in and it looks pretty good. I was wondering what she had been up to. I guess in between her Godmother duties she is managing to make some movies.
This looks fun and different, I'd see it...
ReplyDeleteShe also does voice overs for Scooby Do. She's the voice of Velma.
ReplyDeleteI saw Mindy in a weird little Simon Baker film a couple years ago called Sex and Death.
ReplyDeleteI remember when Molly Ringwald was a cast member.
ReplyDeleteCan't WAIT to see this movie!
ReplyDeleteShe was on the Strombo show some months ago when she was appearing in Toronto for a play. She mentioned then that she is a very loyal friend and is friends with some very famous people that she never talks about. This was in response to a question about her friendship with Clooney. So, it could very well be true.
ReplyDeletehuh.....well at least the kids might have a chance if she has to raise them LOL
ReplyDeleteI actually reviewed this movie for the Queer Film Fest in Vancouver this summer. great film!

Looks like a hilarious movie...
ReplyDeleteWith three little boys in our house, we watch A LOT of Scooby Doo, but it still seems weird to me to hear Natalie's voice coming out of Velma's body. (I was a bit obsessed with The Facts of Life as a pre-teen; I guess that's why her voice will forever be Natalie to me.)
ReplyDeletelooking forward to seeing it!
ReplyDeleteI always liked Natalie on Facts Of Life the best. There's a little of her character in all of us...
