Patricia Arquette Wants Sole Custody


The Patricia Arquette and Thomas Jane divorce proceedings just got interesting and it promises to get even more so in the future. In her divorce papers, Patricia has asked the court to award her sole custody. No joint custody. Very interesting. Thomas must have done something to really make her angry or she feels like he should not get to spend much time with their 7 year old daughter.

She has also asked the court to not award Thomas any spousal support so Patricia must have some money she thinks Thomas might go after. I have a feeling there is some very good dirt that will come to light with this. Joint custody is the norm so to ask for sole custody is very interesting.
