Lynne Curtin Loves Exclamation Points!!
I am a big fan of exclamation points. They are fun and with the exception of question marks are probably my favorite punctuation. Oh, well I do like hyphens too. I really love &'s, but unless you are using a computer they are really tough to make so mine end up just looking like really bad looking + signs.
Anyway, if you have watched Real Housewives OC the past two years, you might remember Lynne. She is the one who lost her house but still found time to do some joint plastic surgery with her 19 year old daughter. Yeah, that mom. Well, she has been fired from Real Housewives. I think she is an awful mother but that is what I enjoyed about watching her. I prefer to have bad parents be filmed because that way the rest of us can keep an eye on them. Now, there won't be anyone doing that.
Lynne took to her Facebook page to tell the world about her firing and her love of exclamation points.
"I am broken hearted! I was so let down the way this came about! We were the last to know! I guess Bravo has to do what they have to do! I thought we had a great relationship! I guess I was wrong! Its funny how fast offers came to us from other places! Thats how we found out we were not returning! Funny how life can be!"
Eight sentences and not a period in the bunch! Too bad! Periods can be fun too! I'm so crushed she didn't use a period! Funny how that is!
She's not the sharpest knife in the drawer, so I'm not surprised that she isn't well acquainted with punctuation.
ReplyDeleteShe could have used an interrobang in there.
ReplyDeleteLOL.. That was funny!
ReplyDeleteLynne was very entertaining to watch. I don't watch the show anymore, my BF has helped me see the light, so I don't care either way. But Lynne was so painfully stupid sometimes it was hilarious!!
maybe it's PMS?
ReplyDeleteThere was some BI about celebrity mother pimping out her daughter at some event. Does anybody else remember? Maybe these two are the answers?
ReplyDeleteHaHa @trouble bubble - Wasn't that the Jules Kirby blind?
ReplyDeleteWhat???????????????????????????????I am shocked!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
ReplyDeleteOne of my friends had a coworker who was the most expressive punctuation-user ever. She ended each expression with a flurry of exclamation marks and question marks, sometimes expressing lots of indignation and shock, sometimes questioning forcefully, something beginning with shock but turning to grief and then somehow getting back to balance and ending with rage. All with questions and exclamation marks and dot-dot-dots. I would like to see Lynn mix up the punctuation a little!!!?...???!!!
ReplyDeleteKinda surprise.. thought the douchebag new chick who lost the baby what have been let go
ReplyDeletebye,lynne! i won't miss you!!!!
ReplyDeletewho?
ReplyDeleteWHAT, SHE HASN'T LEARNED ALL CAPS YET?!!!?
ReplyDeleteAnybody know why they fired her? I love the Coto ladies. I hope they bring Jeanna back.
ReplyDeleteYes, another reality ho I don't care about. At all!!!
ReplyDeleteEnty, you need to find other hobbies!
ReplyDeleteOMG! How could I forget Jules Kirby BI :)))
ReplyDeleteI didn't watch this one as religiously as others...I don't really remember this woman much? Was she the one who was trying to divorce her husband b/c he had financially ruined them?
ReplyDeleteI wonder what other offers she is getting?
This Is On A Tangent, But I Remember A Girl Trying To Tell A Writing Expert She Should Be Able To Write Like This (With Every Word Capitalized), Because She Thought Each Of Her Words Were Equally Important.
ReplyDeleteYeah, it drove the writing expert nuts, too.
Lordy - I remember the first time I watched her. Her idiot daughter Alexa is 16, which is the same name and age of my daughter. Only TV Alexa was going to a party wearing a skintight dress and frankly, looked like a high-priced hooker. Lynne's response was something like, "Hey, that's my dress!"
ReplyDeletePlease.
Periods can be fun too!
ReplyDeleteFor all those who ever questioned Enty's gender, here's proof positive. No woman would ever write that sentence.
The last to know? Kinda like when your home went into foreclosure??? Oh how I wish I was so dim witted. It just seems like life would be so much easier.
