Fantasia Made Sex Tape With Married Man

You know, at some point you would think celebrities would learn not to make a sex tape. If you do it will get released. Somehow someway it is going to come out. But, lets say you decide you are going to make one anyway. It would probably be best to not make one with someone who is married. Oh, and it would be even better if that married guy did not tell his wife right before they are getting divorced that such a sex tape exists.

Unfortunately for Fantasia all of these things happened. She decided to have an affair with a guy who was married, made a sex tape and the guy told his wife. Now in her divorce documents she says they made lots of tapes. This can be big trouble for Fantasia. See, in 43 states it does not matter if you have an affair. In North Carolina it does matter and Fantasia can be sued for being a home wrecker. Yes, the guy is equally to blame but Fantasia has the money.

Plus, the guy is an ass. The affair started in August 2009. Well, the couple has a one year old so the affair must have started right at the birth of the child or while the married woman was pregnant.

Fantasia might have to pay millions. Hope the guy is worth it.

  1. i bet she doesn't even have millions for this.

i'm sorry that law is complete bullshit. it takes TWO to tango and having a law that allows someone to sue for humpin on your man is silly as hell.

sorry wives, but you can't steal a happily married man. not casting blame on the wife, but stop blaming the mistress. if it weren't her it would be someone else.

  2. I was about to say the same thing,- I doubt she has millions left. She doesn't seem to be doing too well these days.

That being said, this guy must be the biggest douche ever! Why did she agree to tape the ordeal? Stupid, stupid, stupid.

  3. Fantasia doesn't have that kind of money so this wife won't be getting much of anything. I understand she is upset but trying to get money from someone because YOUR husband decided to step outside of HIS marriage is ludacris. Get a life, drop the loser, and move the fuck on.

  4. Why does everyone say "it WILL come out?" There are 3 parties here, so one of 3 has to be responsible.

Since when does making a home movie mean internet access? Does fame = no privacy? Or did Fantasia or the guy put the tapes in a goodie bag for guests to distribute at will?

Or do publicists drool over their existence?

    True indeed!

  6. I doubt he bothered to tell her he was married, in a relationship or about to be a father. they rarely do. Of course, I also doubt she asked. What is wrong with people that they want to watch themselves having sex. Put a mirror on the ceiling like normal people :)

  8. I don't know. The law is hilarious indeed. I think everyone should be responsible for their actions. Let the cheaters and users drown in their own muk. If the guy wasn't happy, why didn't he leave. Seems that would be the logical choice. People all over need to stop wasting time. Time is the only thing you can't get back. I don't mind the law in this case. And why involve a kid. That is just wrong.

  9. Homewrecker, schomewrecker, people need to stop making these stupid sex tapes. If Fanny helped set the lighting while marriedman started the video camera, she deserves to be sued.

  10. I am sure there is a law like that in NC and that she could be sued but it doesn't mean a NC court will actually do anything about it.

  11. "Homewrecker"? Right, because it's always the woman's fault - whether it's the mistress who slept with someone else's husband or the wife who let her marriage get so unhappy that her husband slept with someone else. Not only is it anti-woman, it's anti-man: implying that a man has no will of his own when it comes to sex.

The man was married. He cheated. His decision. It's not Fantasia's fault, and she shouldn't have to pay for it.

  12. I know you can't steal a happy husband, but I still hate women who go after married men.

  13. I think this story got played out for quite a while last summer. Fanny knew he was married very early on because I think the wife informed her!! There was a whole series of denials about a relationship from publicists for a long time but she was caught vacationing wiht him etc. Thinks this confirms she knew but.. I think it takes two to tango but NC also have a "pay to play" rule

  14. Some of the old laws are hilarious!! Like you can't have a duck on the street past 9 pm. You have to wonder what incident occured in order to create some of these laws.

  15. Years ago someone was out walking their ducks past 9. This prevented farmers from sleeping and the crops could not all be harvested the next day. Hence the law. (Not really. I don't know.)

  16. Ha! Sounds about right, though.

  17. It's illegal to drive a black car in Denver on Sundays. Go figure.

  18. This NC law is just wrong. If the cheating spouse and the person they cheated with were BOTH held financially responsible then I might understand it a little bit. In this case it looks like the person who commits adultery doesn't have to pay. Once again it looks like a law that only holds the woman responsible.

    That's just wrong.

Now if this law applied to LeAnn Rhimes (sp.?) and Eddie C. that would be hilarious.

    The Ultimate Form of Revenge

The alienation of affection lawsuit and the closely related “criminal conversation” can be considered the ultimate form of revenge for a betrayed spouse. (These lawsuits are not restricted to betrayed wives. A betrayed husband can sue his wife’s lover, too.)

But only 7 states (Hawaii, Illinois, Mississippi, New Hampshire, North Carolina, New Mexico, South Dakota, and Utah) still have alienation of affection laws on their books.

NOTE: An “alienation of affection” lawsuit is one of the legal and financial ways to get revenge mentioned in the free infidelity tip sheet, How to Legally and Financially Get Revenge on a Cheating Mate.

  21. Who can I pay RIGHT NOW so that I never have to see any part of that tape?!?!? :-O

  22. Fantasia has a mansion?

  23. I live in NC and I think the law is great! In fact, I know someone who was cheated on here recently and BELIEVE me if you knew the details of what all went down you might re-think saying that it is ridiculous to be able to sue the mistress. Depends entirely on the situation.

Some women DO go after married men. FACT.
