Terri Moulton Horman Tried To Hire Hitman To Kill Her Husband

Ok, the Kyron Horman story just keeps getting more crazy. Over the weekend The Oregonian reported that Kyron's step mom tried to hire the family gardener to kill her husband. Yes, the same woman who is the last to see Kyron alone tried to hire someone to kill her husband. Crazy.

The gardener told police that Terri tried to hire him about six or seven months ago and offered him a very large sum of money to kill Kaine Horman. Police told Kaine about it and this is what caused him to move out last weekend, take their child and file for divorce. Umm, yeah, I could see why he would want to do that. Can you imagine how he must feel now? Not only for his son and daughter but that he was sleeping in the same bed with this woman while she was trying to kill him!

  6. @chihuahuense: Exactly. If someone is trying to hire killers, the police should have been informed and the husband warned, ASAP.

  7. The gardener could be illegal. That's the only thing I can think of that might have made him hesitate.

  11. Please tell me she did not kill that sweet child for a life insurance policy they might have had on him.

  13. Ardleigh,
A life insurance policy? Ding ding ding. I was on a plane once and sitting next to an ATF agent, he said, you ever find out about a life insurance policy on a child or stay at home parent, run, do not walk, out the door.
    Poor little man.
BTW, the fact she was the last person to see Kyron, and her demeanour would have me move out, not finding out I was in danger. Ahem.

  14. Well, a life insurance policy on a child (IMO) is ridiculous, unless it is a couple-few thousand for burial. A life insurance policy on a stay at home parent is smart planning. If a man is married to a SAHM with 2.5 children and she up and dies he will either have to work less or hire out her at-home responsibilities (child care, food prep, house cleaning, laundry, etc, etc, etc). Or he will have to lose all of his free time. Of course, if that is his choice, then fine, but that is exactly the point of insurance--to maintain your standard of life if your loved one were to pass. And term is relatively cheap.

  16. I am so sick of this woman. I got drunk a couple weeks ago, bought her domain name and put up a comment grid where you can say whatever you want about her. Centralized ranting at Terri Horman Forum
