When I was 18 I worked the front desk at a hotel in Florida. This hotel housed the cast & crew of a very forgettable made-for-TV movie. It was one of those disaster movies and the cast was filled with familiar names whose careers were no longer quite as prominent.
ReplyDeleteGrizzly Adams was the male lead. The entire cast was fun, down-to-earth, and gracious, expect for Dan Haggerty. He was a lascivious womanizing drunk. Pretty much like all the blind vices here, but very shocking back then to the 18-year-old me. It also stood out because the "bigger" names were so wonderful.
Chris Botti was interviewed on the San Diego jazz radio station last week and they joked with him asking whether he'd ever date news anchor and he just laughed and said "sure." He's so cute and I love his music...The duet with Sting gives me the chills every time.
