WOW. As someone who works with high-risk young children and their families, I deal with infants, toddlers and preschoolers every day whose mothers used drugs & drank while pregnant. There are no words to describe my utter disgust for Bethenny Frankel right now.
Real Housewives of New York star Bethenny Frankel says her pregnancy has not been "too hard."
Except for one thing.
"Shooting this season without alcohol was a real achievement. It was like being in the desert without water," Frankel, 39, joked to UsMagazine.com at a screening party for their Bravo show (premieres March 4) at Tenjune in New York City Wednesday night.
The reality star -- who is about 6-and-a-half-months along -- says she really missed her signature "Skinny Girl" martinis. (Which she features in her book, Naturally Thin.)
"But now I have all these delusions that I will continue my sobriety forever," she quipped.
Another site mentioned that Frankel said that her doctor told her to drink 2 ounces of wine per day to relax.
I like her and will be bummed if she was tossing down drinks while carrying her child. Not a smart thing to do.
Heather, that's what I thought, too, when I read it. Was she the blind about the new mom who did all the coke to get her body back in such a short time?
how does anyone know what was in her glass? i'm not buying this. i simply don't believe she'd do that, and definitely not in public where she'd be seen. i'm with mk.
I don't think BF would do something like this, especially in public. She's too brand conscious and considers herself a business. Who really knows what was in her glass?! I seriously doubt this one. We don't believe you; you need more people, Enty!
I think a glass with dinner in the last trimester is fine, but if you can't give it up temporarily for the sake of your unborn baby, you have a PROBLEM.
There was this article in one of the glossy NYC mags where Bethenny brags about how she wore high heels throughout her pregnancy, and how everyone thought she didn't even look pregnant, and how easy it's been and went on and on. She tried to make it sound like she was just the world's best pregnant woman ever. It was so nauseating. Any woman who's been pregnant would have been ready to barf at the self-congratulatory, bragging things Bethenny was saying. So full of it.
I completely 100% believe Jill Zarin fed this one to the press. She got called out in the season reunion for planting stories to the press and I wouldn't put her past her to try and make Bethany look really bad.
I also think that Jill Zarin fed this 'blind item' to the press. She is well known for planting stories about her cast mates (& we've all seen how dishonest she is).
