Blind Items Revealed

June 11, 2010

#1 & 2 - This A list (and it pains me to call him A list) movie actor was doing press work for his latest flop. Instead of doing what he could to try and get a few people to see it by being nice to the press, he berated them constantly, would not answer their questions and was as miserable as a person can be. He also made several interviews unusable by his actions which made the whole process a waste for at least one network.

#1 - actor
#2 - latest flop

Ashton Kutcher - Killers

  1. I secretly wanted it to be Russel C.

  2. What a douche. He is burning bridges and I hope it screws him over.

  3. Why doesn't this surprise me?

  4. Fucking jackass. Between Kutcher and Heigl, the crew for Killers should be up for sainthood.

    What about:

    1. Ashton Kutcher
    2. The Killers?

What a dick,no wonder his movies fail

  6. Exactly- the crew for that movie should put in for combat pay.

  7. Dammit I didn't win any rounds this time.

Just wait until January 1 TIMEBOB WILL PREVAIL!!!

  8. @Little Miss Smoke and Mirrors: Or at least some combat pay for being in imminent danger of douchiness.

  9. Thanks. My need for juicy gossip on celebrities that I know has been fulfilled.

Ha! Ha! It's been confirmed Ashton's an asshole!

So far this one and the Nicole Kidman BR are my favorites of the day (not counting the kindness of course).

  10. Didn't know he was A list movie or tv-wow!

    ReplyDelete
  11. Yay! SFG got this first but I was convinced it was Kutcher. Pretty sad he's already so full of himself (not to mention A-list).

  12. Why be such an a-hole? Hope Bruce hates him

  13. He's done lots of douchey things. He refuses to remove his Kabballah bracelet during filming so editors often have to digitally remove it. I remember something about a tantrum when someone brought him tea made with tap water instead of Kabballah water. Crap like that.

  14. He was meant to have been horrid to Britney Murphy too, calling her fat all the time (adding to/starting her eating disorder) and telling her she would never make it.

    Petty man.

  15. Surprise. Everyone thought it was Crowe. :)

He and Demi are perfect for each other.

  16. Kutcher is A-list, hahaha

  17. Didn't Asston Kutcher also say that January Jones wouldn't make it in H'wood?

Maybe you're supposed to do the opposite of what he says. Maybe he told Rumer that she would make it as an actress and gave her $1M to get rid of her.

  18. I didn't know Kutcher was considered movie A-List. What success is this based on, "Dude, Where's My Car?"?

Anyway, if there's one thing he's always seemed good at is working the media, so I'm surprised at this.

  19. I always felt bad for Ashton's twin brother. Poor guy got none of the looks and was born with cerebral palsy.

There was also a lot of bad blood between Ashton and his brothers wife, now ex wife. I think she sold a lot of stories to tabloids saying Ashton did nothing to help the family financially.

Wonder how much of that is true or not.

  20. wasn't he like a small time boy who made it big? that is sad. Well, not too shocking, though...there were plenty of assholes in my little town :)

    ReplyDelete
  21. He also wasn't very nice to his other ex- January Jones. Telling her she would never make it as an actor when they were both models. Now January isn't the greatest actress but she does cold and stiff well on Mad Men.

  23. I have never even heard of this movie--what is it?

    ReplyDelete
  24. The things he said to Brittany Murphy are disgusting. I hope it eats at him the way he treated her. She was in love with him and he treated her like trash. She was as sweet as they come and he took advantage of her insecurities. Too bad being an asshole isn't a disease that kills.

  25. That's right, I'd forgotten about the nasty comments he made towards Britney and January. Does this mean that Demi is equally as mean and nasty and they're birds of a feather?

  27. ^^^^

Probably. And he's got nothing on Demi, apparently.
The crazyness I used to hear about Demi back in her Bruce willis days! It make Jennifer Lopez look like Miss Low Maintenance by comparison.

  28. He probably did this so his own company would control the publicity for the film. Didn't work, did it.

Diane, my husband has an old school-friend who plays at the casino in Montreal often enough. One night he got invited to a private room where the host chose the table limit (usually big money). The limit? $10. The host - Bruce Willis. He lost. When he got up to leave, he made his hand into a gun and "shot" each person before he left the room.

  29. And it is interesting that he bought Rumer a 1 Mil house.

Not to be seedy, but sounds like he did something or she has something on him for that kinda gift.

  30. lol @ Shakey!! That is freakin' hilarious!!!

  31. Check out Kevin Smith's stories about Bruce from the filming of 'Die Hard 4.' He has the ego that ate Manhattan.

Shmooey, don't hate on 'Dude, Where's My Car?' It's a classic! "I'm sensing something very Canadian about this place." "It's a break-dancing stripper emergency!"

    ReplyDelete
  32. Mooshki, I'm totally not hating on it!

I too think it's a comedy classic. Of sorts.

I'm just not sure it's enough to propel him to A list status, and I just can't remember any other big movie hits he has had.

    ReplyDelete
  33. Not surprised.

Ashton (whose real name is Christopher, and yes I despise myself for knowing that) is one of a long line of actors who think their preciousness will sell a movie. Thankfully he's getting too old for that shit and should be hearing a wake-up call any year now.

    Other Precious Actors:
    * Kate Hudson
    * Owen Wilson
    * Dane Cook
and even Ryan Reynolds to some degree

    The list goes on...

    ReplyDelete
  34. By what possible standard could Ashton Kutcher EVER be considered A-list?

    ReplyDelete
  35. Mango - I agree with you, but I hope Owen Wilson's career comes back - I think he has a charm the others lack, and he's a writer as well.

I'm so glad this wasn't Russell. I still love the Crowe - it shames me, but the heart wants what the heart wants.

I can't believe I only just remembered that today was a Blinds Revealed day! I only started hanging out here last year and I loved the NY reveals and I've been anxiously awaiting today's!

    ReplyDelete
  36. Sillyme, I think I can buy he's A list by being a successful producer, former A-list TV star, A list name recognition and half of an A-list power couple.

You commenters adding in more info has made my day. Very happy with this blind reveal. Thanks Enty!

Here's support for the K-water demand and being a douche to the little people...

  37. He's obviously not a smart man. Idiot.

    ReplyDelete
  38. I heard his interview with Howard Stern back when he was pushing 'Killers'.
    BORING
He sounded soo offended when Howard was asking him personal Q's about him and and Demi.
You're on Howard Stern you moron.
    Man up and fess up!
