Today's Blind Items
I don't know how one would define models on a list, but this model has been in all the big magazines and is well known in the modeling world. Anyway, last night at a party she told everyone that she had been out to a party with this B list actor from a hit television show that is on an almost network. She says that he drugged her drink and the next thing she knew she was at his apartment. Nothing happened to her sexually and she was too scared to report it but definitely spent lots of time last night telling anyone who would listen to stay away from the guy.
Molly Sims
ReplyDeletewhat an asshole this guy is and i'm glad this woman's ok.
ReplyDeleteC'mon, what's an "almost network?"
ReplyDeletewould "almost network" be the CW? It's not cable, but is not programming a full week the way the other nets are...
ReplyDeleteI want to say the CW is an almost network with the major networks being ABC, CBS, NBC and FOX
ReplyDeleteI would figure an almost network to be one that has original programming -- USA, TBS that kind of thing but not a actual network. But then again, I have been known to be wrong, lol
ReplyDeleteWhats a hit show on the CW? Gossip Girl?
ReplyDeleteJust playing devil's advocate, but if nothing happened sexually, perhaps she just had a little too much to drink (or otherwise) and is in denial that she went home with him.
ReplyDeleteEither way, glad she's ok.

ReplyDeleteNo idea. Lily Cole?
ReplyDeleteI'm also stumped by the "almost network" clue. If it is the CW, it won't be Gossip Girl. I watch that show but it's gone downhill pretty fast and doesn't have the viewers it used to. Maybe that Ian guy from Vampire Diaries?
MontanaMarriott and Cindy both make good arguments. I'm going to assume the show is on CW, TBS, or USA.
ReplyDeleteSounds like one of those people that is just over dramatic about everything. So he drugged her to take her home and what, stare at each other until she left?
ReplyDeleteJessica Stam and one of the CW clowns.
I may be wrong but isn't TBS or USA a Cable network since you can't get them without some sort of cable service?
ReplyDeletehappy she's well!!
ReplyDeletei say Piver because i have no idea!
i hate to say this but what about jeffrey donovan from burn notice? i REALLY like him and don't want to think this but he is probably b-list (maybe closer to b-/c+).
ReplyDeleteGG is CW's number 1 show
ReplyDeleteJeffrey Donovan from Burn Notice for the actor? AND Burn Notice has it's season 4 premiere tonight.
ReplyDeleteAnother show that's a hit is The Closer.
Ian Somerhalder. Too hard to guess the model, though. Very vague.
ReplyDelete@Lauren, Gossip Girl is NOT the CW's #1 show. It was a few years ago, but the ratings have been crap for the past two seasons. Their #1 show is The Vampire Diaries, if you exclude America's Next Top Model.
ReplyDeleteem cue em not Ian he is London promoting Vampdiaries
ReplyDeleteFred-- doesn't say the incident happened in the last week. Who is the actor who got kicked off of "lost" because he did something bad to a network weasel's daughter and wound up on a CW show recently?
ReplyDeleteI'm going to guess an "almost network" is one of the channels you still could get over the air, like a network, without having to have cable -- and yes, the CW was one, and I think the WB was another that I haven't seen mentioned, wasn't it? TBS I'm not so sure of and USA i think is cable, but don't quote me on that.
ReplyDeleteI'm stumped by "he drugged her drink and the next thing she knew she was at his apartment. Nothing happened to her sexually..."
ReplyDeleteOkayyyy, so did he drug her and bring her back to his apartment to... watch rerun episodes of Hogan's Heroes?
Why drug her and transport her without doing anything? Don't get me wrong; I'm glad the girl is okay, but it doesn't make sense.
It's a good possibility that she drank/drugged too much (imagine a top model doing that!) and panicked.
Or maybe he chickened out.
Either way, I'm glad the girl is okay and maybe this scared some sense into her.
oops, nevermind me, it looks like the WB eventually became the CW, and I think that's got to be the almost-network (as does everyone else seem to think)
ReplyDeleteC'mon, what's an "almost network?"
ReplyDeleteIt's "The Little Network that Could"!
Both Molly Sims and Lily Cole have acted, if it was them Enty would have referenced that. I think its someone who is strictly a model, and will be impossible to guess without more specifics.
ReplyDeleteI don't watch enough CW to have any idea who the creepy guy could be.
I'm just glad the model isn't Alana Zimmer. And if definitely isn't.
ReplyDeletemaybe she came to before anything happened, not just 'nothing happened'.
ReplyDeleteI'm going to say AMC and one of the Mad Men men...Kartheiser, perhaps? Or one of the other Mad Men underlings? Harry or Kenny?
ReplyDeleteCW is a network station because you don't have to have cable to view it, just like NBC, CBS, FOX and ABC. TBS, TNT, USA, SCYFY, FX, HBO, SHOWTIME, AMC etc. are all Cable channels, because you have to pay for cable in order to watch them.
ReplyDeleteCW is considered an almost network because it doesn't have the viewership of the other Big Network channels.
LOL! Kartheiser? He cried at both Hendrick's & Moss' weddings!! I keep reading that he's not interested in girls... Which is terrible because I am in love with Pete and his sexy height. I am thinking its the CW network, but clueless for show & actor & model :(
ReplyDeleteNo idea who the model is, too many to pick from.
ReplyDeleteThe actor might be Ian Somelhander though I hope it isn't. I love him on The Vampire Diaries.
My question is if she was drugged how does she remember anything? I thought the idea of these drugs was to make sure the person had no memory. And why did he drug her and not do anything? What is the point? I am glad she is okay but something about the story sounds OFF.
@lady j i hate to talk about it, but i was drugged a few years back by a stranger, i was in a public place with my best friend in a different city. my experience was, and from talking to a couple friends who've been drugged themselves is that we had no idea at the time. when it happened, the guy was so sly about it, that you honestly don't suspect anything at the time. even when you get royally fucked up and started acting out, my company didn't sense anything because they were hammered themselves and distracted. i didn't realise i'd been drugged until the next morning when we realised the guy had robbed me... plus the fact that i wasd terribly sick (think you're worst hangover, times 1000) for about 4 days. i couldn't drive myself, had a hard time eating, major confusion, no memory of anything. the only parts of that night i know of are what bits my friends saw when they were drunk too. i can't imagine had i been alone that night. terrifying idea.

ReplyDeleteHonestly, I think he chickened out. She was in a terrible position. I think it is my worst nightmare to even think about anyone I know being drugged. It's got to be horrible.
ReplyDeleteHe just had second thoughts about the rape.
STolen from a website about famous CW faces.....
ReplyDeleteThe familiar CW Faces are Ian Somerhalder and Paul Wesley, the stars of "The Vampire Diaries" which is the network's best child currently. Also coming in a pack are the cast of "Life Unexpected" such as Austin Basis, Kerr Smith, Shiri Appleby and Kristoffer Polaha. Over in the "Gossip Girl" camp there are Chace Crawford, Connor Paolo.
"One Tree Hill" has Robert Buckley and Robbie Jones, the latter who is also starring in new series "Hellcats". Jay Manuel came solo for "America's Next Top Model".
The CW is a network, as was the WB. I sold spots on it for 5 years.
ReplyDeleteKate Moss?
ReplyDeletehow on earth would she know that nothing happened to her sexually though? he could have just been smart about it and not left any traces.
ReplyDeleteThe only actors on CW I would consider B list would be Ian Somerhalder, Chace Crawford and Penn Badgley. Gossip Girl would still be considered a hit, as would Vampire Diaries. Ian would be my guess, simply because he's a bigger star than the other two (and I get gay vibes from the other two).
ReplyDeleteAndre Leon Talley and Janice Dickenson
ReplyDeleteThe lingerie model that is replacing Megan Fox, Rosie Huntington-Whiteley, she is new to acting. Don't have a guess for the guy.
ReplyDeletejust to throw something in, bc lots of it does not make sense:
ReplyDeleteshe could have been drugged by anyone, and he could take her to his place to sleep it out. Of course, not reporting it or calling it in for the obvious reason that she was drunk/drugged anyway, or that he had some drugs himself.
Plus, being the celebs they are, he would want her to wake up first, then talk to her.
Beiing on the covers of most big mags, she must have lots of experience and probably be somewhere between 23-27 years old - meaning she is not new to the game. especially this one.
@Ms. Leigh
ReplyDeleteWhat a scary situation. I am glad nothing dangerous happened to you. You can never be too careful nowadays.
Just a thought here: Maybe the model was raped but said she came to before anything serious took place in order to save face. She might still feel like she needs to spread the word on this sleazebag, although making the personal decision to not press charges. (statistics say that only 35-40% of rape victims actually report the crime)
