Well somehow Brian Austin Green finally managed to get Megan Fox to marry him. Let us not kid ourselves here. She wasn't the one desperate to do the marrying here. Now, he is probably thinking to himself he doesn't have to work as much anymore and he has someone help him pay his child support to Vanessa Marcil who is a lovely person and in no way, shape or form seems like the kind of person who would marry Corey Feldman or have a baby with BAG.
Anyway, BAG and Megan got married last week in Hawaii and now the bookies in London will be happy to take your bet on how long the marriage lasts and how long it takes BAG to convince Megan to find another franchise film and make them some money. I wonder if he will become her manager.

However, I remember a really bizarre red-carpet interview with MF where she was totally dissing BAG and saying all these bizarro things. Didn't seem very wifey-like behavior to me. Maybe it was during one of their off-agains?

I think BAG got Megan at a low point since all her movies are failing. Honestly, in a few years they are going to be living off of BAG's 90210 money not any franchises Megan can pull. She is diva'ing her way out of jobs now with her difficult behavior on set.
I think they will be fine. The have been together for years, and seem to really love one another.
ReplyDeleteJax, I looked at those pics, and her face still looks messed up to me. She has either filler or implants in her cheeks and they make her look wonky. Plus, her lips are still too puffed up.
ReplyDeleteConsidering that they have lasted several years I would suspect they will last more than a year. I recall an interview in which she claimed a minimal number of relationships in her entire life and I suspect she may be a girl who is afraid to let go of the known. Professionally I doubt that she will rise that far now that she in out of Transformers, her other movies have tanked and she has a diva reputation.

I love CDAN - my absolute favorite Hollywood site and Community - and since I enjoy reading and posting smart snark, probably should have expected some of this hate. But this time, the venom bums me out. Brian is awesome. Very loyal and focused on living and creating a decent life. I know this because my partner has worked with him - and much bigger stars - Brian is one of the only consistently gracious, appreciative, non-credit grabbing individuals among the dozens of writers, directors, producers, executives, agents, stars we've encountered. There are so many people in this town effing each other over and he doesn't. I've met Megan. Polite, engaged... and gorgeous. I'm just sharing my perspective because CDAN is a cut above and great fun.

ReplyDeleteI think BAG is actually pretty good looking - not sure about his personality or acting "talents". However, many rumours about these two having "nuclear" fights (some say drugs involved, some say not), but they've been together for some time now, so who knows how long it'll last? I gotta respect her somewhat for sticking with him even though she's hit it pretty big in the last few years.

ReplyDeleteI think you're right, linnea. I can't remember the source, but I recall those rumors too. I remember some red carpet drama too, like he had verbally chastised her in front some reporters after Transformers was released. I'm rusty with the details though.
ReplyDeleteI also think when her star took off a lot people wondered why she stuck with him. Hollywood isn't kind to has beens, after all, and she was a very hot property for a while. Good for her, but if he is abusive, I feel sorry for her.
Considering both their careers are essentially toast (note I actually liked BAG in Smallville and Terminator), the combined income might just be what the doc ordered.

I agree with the poster who said that he was good in Terminator, he really was!. I don't care about them getting married but I think she looks happy when she's with him.
ReplyDeleteThey have been together a long time already. Even when they were supposed to be broken up they were still seen together a lot. I think they have as good a chance as any other Hollywood marriage. I honestly think they really love each other.

I'd heard that BG was a nice guy. Meanwhile MF has been known for her diva antics. I think she looks rough around the edges. She's been compared to Angelina Jolie but even Jolie doesn't have that hardened look (despite her own tatts).
I give them a few years and wish them luck. If they can make it there, they'll make it anywhere-- oh wait, that's NY. Never mind...

Vanessa doesn't smack me as Bi.
And really I am happy for Megan & Brian he was with her for 4 years before she got the Transformer franchise. He is no K-Fed or Howard K. Stern. (Lawyer not radio God)
Megan just needs to grow up and realize the damage of her words in interviews. She shot herself in the foot losing Transformers. And maybe she will grown into a stronger actress with more character driven work vs. summer blockbuster window dressing.
Brian was really good on sarah connor chronicles.....loved that show.
ReplyDeletePlus, she doesn't come off as a diva too me....she may talk a lot but other than that she doesn't go around doing drugs, getting her photos taken every day, and when you do see her when she isn't on the red cap she dresses down and just seems regular.
They've been together for like ever...and honestly they look gorgeous...if they have kids....those kids would be real pretty.
I don't get the hate for her.....she is outspoken....not a crime.
BAG is hot, and they've been together forever, they might just make it.
