Jeremy London - Forced To Smoke Dope
Jeremy London, who was on Party Of Five and 7th Heaven says that he was kidnapped, forced to buy booze for gang members and also to smoke crack before escaping from his kidnappers. When I first saw the story I was skeptical. I figured Jeremy just went off the wagon again and needed an excuse for his girlfriend, but apparently the police arrested someone and even gave a statement so it could be true.
Jeremy was changing a tire in Palm Springs when a guy stopped to help. The next thing you know Jeremy is being ordered around town at gunpoint while being forced to buy booze and give it away in gang areas and forced to smoke crack and meth. Wow, I still don't know if I believe it.
The suspect is Brandon Adams and he is being held on $1M bail.
Whaaaaa? That is the craziest story ever! If it really happened, that is some weird weird shit.
ReplyDeleteThis reminds me of an episode of Six Feet Under. Crazier things have happened.
ReplyDeleteummm... except for the fact that there has been an arrest, that sounds like the worst excuse for a story ever. Maybe what really happened was he got his car stolen at gunpoint while changing his tire, and figured it would be a good excuse to go on a drug binge?
ReplyDeleteJust because they arrested someone, doesn't mean the story is true. Still sounds fishy to me.
ReplyDeleteAnd it did happen in a Six Feet Under episode...except David Fisher was doused with gasoline at the end.
I've been crack-sober for almost 10 years, so I would be stoked if that happened to me! I'm kidding. I think.
ReplyDeleteThat was the scariest SFU ever. I watched it with one eye closed. Very intense!
ReplyDeleteAh! Thanks to all you who remembered the 6 Feet Under episode! When I read this morning I was wracking my brain trying to remember where I'd heard this story before. More than fishy. And yes, that was a SCARY episode.
ReplyDeleteWait, wasn't their a blind recently that involved drugs/Jeremy London as a popular guess?
ReplyDeleteUhm, I think it's more like he was hanging out with some crackies doing crackie things and they pulled a gun on him. Funny how shit like this rarely happens to people who have no druggie acquaintances. It's not a matter of being in the wrong place at the wrong time, usually. More like being with the wrong people any time.
ReplyDeleteI HATED that episode of SFU. Hated it!!!!
ReplyDeletelol,MK had it as jeremy jackson, who played Hobie on Baywatch AND looks like a meth head.
ReplyDeleteAre we sure it wasn't really Jason London?
ReplyDeleteSo true, GladysKravitz. So true.
ReplyDeleteI think Gladys has the right idea!
ReplyDeleteOk, the kidnapping fine, but why would they force him to do drugs?
ReplyDeleteyeap Gladys...it seems more likely
I'm sure a Lohan will use this story at some point except with borrowed pants.
ReplyDeleteI call shenanigans! As a recovering drug addict & alcoholic, I would have to be held at gunpoint to share my stuff, so I find it hard to believe this story.
ReplyDeleteMaybe he was doing drugs with these people & there was an argumentof some sort? JL came up with this story for his g-friend, like Enty said? More will be revealed - can't wait to see what really happened.
Yeah, they lost me at the forced drug usage thing. I call BS on this one.
ReplyDeleteI agree that the forcing him to do drugs makes this entire story sound like BS. I was with him up til that point, but that stretches belief completely! After I read the article, I found myself rather surprised there is a real "ghetto" area of Palm Springs. I thought Palm Springs was a super rich community (guess I was wrong).
ReplyDeleteok, the part about forcing him to do drugs is made up. even if the rest is true, that part is not.
ReplyDeletewhat reason would they have to do that? what self-respecting, crazed junkies force drugs---which they would want for themselves---on some schmuck they've kidnapped?
is he trying to explain why drugs would've been found in his system? that's all i can think of.
something definitely ain't right with this story.
I started laughing as soon as I read this article this morning. As a recovering addict I also immediately called BS. We didn't share our stuff with anyone, let alone force someone to take it. I think he relapsed, and then thought uh oh, I'm in the middle of a divorce, trying to keep at least some visitation with my kids, and not have my girlfriend leave me too. What story should I come up with? Oh yah, I just saw that episode of Six Feet Under, no one will remember that and I can get away with this. Yah right! I don't care that someone was just arrested for it, way more to the story is going to be coming out soon. Should be some entertaining shit too!
ReplyDeleteI was kidnapped by Enty and forced to eat two pounds of bacon.
