Brooke Mueller Heads Back To Rehab - Gets Ready For Divorce

This has been a busy week for Brooke Mueller. I do wonder if it was her that drove Charlie Sheen's car off the cliff. Don't you think it is really coincidental that the same day the car is discovered at the bottom of the cliff that Brooke says she has relapsed and needs to go back to rehab.

I guess that in home rehab didn't quite work out. I hope her parents or someone is with her that is responsible to watch the kids while she relapsed. Anyway, Brooke is headed back to rehab and all the papers are signed and sealed and waiting to be filed when and if Charlie and Brooke decide to get divorced.

TMZ got the documents and Brooke is scheduled to receive $55,000 a month in child support and almost $2M in cash. $1M of that is her being bought out of the house and the other $1M is for her marital service time. The only thing that really mattered to Brooke was getting more child support than Denise gets. Honestly, I think she should have asked for a lot more child support. She is not going to get any spousal support and Charlie is set to make $52M next year and he is only paying $600K in child support? Sounds low.
